Went a couple of days ago for a new phone…….. the two women working in the phone section were sooo unprofessional! The manager, Tammie was too! Basically one woman was supposedly trying to activate the phone for me and needed my email and address to do it smh idk if that’s true but I simply asked why they needed my address, I wanted to try to make sure I wasn’t getting signed up for something…. The other woman just told her, just stop and let her do it herself. I asked her why she was getting an attitude when I asked a simple question. SHE asked the manager to come, not me. I told the manager what happened though and they should act more professional, if they can’t, they don’t need to work with people. She just took up for them smh I paid for my phone and left. They said you can just activate it yourself😂 honey I don’t mind activating the phone, it takes 5 minutes but okay….. moral of the story, don’t go here for a phone. I feel like the woman that said I can activate it myself was just mad because she was trying to upsell and get us ( my husband and myself ) on lines claiming it would be cheaper and I said, yeah last time I was told it would be cheaper we paid double for phone bills so no thanks. Managers, when you act badly the employees will follow. Please act better so the employees will act better, or atleast half of them will anyway. Be better examples for the employees 👍

What can you say? Walmart is Walmart? I dodo highly suggest bringing back the snack people that were almost at every corner of the food section. If Sam's can have it, Walmart can have it because they're the same entity. And some more trash cans around places. And oh yes bring back 24 hours service time!

Nice little Walmart in a small city, organized and friendly staff, easy to get in and out of, everything was marked with prices and everything was clean and stocked, also found a couple of clearance items in the electronic sections, will definitely be back!

Clean store, but the cashiers need to step their game up and work on their dad jokes. I went in and bought like, 30 core power drinks. Got the register to check out and the lady was like “sir did you buy us out of our core power drinks?” And I was like “ha, yea I bought them all”. The. She laughed and said well sir you wanna box for all those?” I replied “honestly I’d rather just pay for them”. She gave me a confused look like I just asked her a geometry question. Then finally I rolled my eyes and was like no thanks on the box. Where do you find these clowns?

Bought pop secret popcorn there around 9/7. Home style type. After having a couple bags I kept wondering why it taste and smelled different than all the others I had bought in the past. Turned out it expired 2/23. Check what you buy here.

Needs more cashier's. The stuff is ridiculous high and then they want you to check yourself out. They should at do a 20 percent off when checking yourself out.

Convenient location. Almost always has their shelves stocked. My only complaint would be about the generic 4-pack of tissue not being available very much.

This walmart has really nice employees who are always ready to help. The store stays organized and clean, but sometimes, the shelves seem kinda bear. Parking usually isn't too bad, and checking out doesn't normally take very long due to the number of self-cheekout machines they have.

Just recently moved to Wiggings, love the store. I've found everything I went in looking for so far. Very kind people that work there. The only bummer for me is the clearance section never drops the price lower after so long. For 3 months I've had my eyes on a little spider man sheet set. 29$ and going on 4 months it's still almost 30$. I'm just used to Biloxi putting clearance out and if it doesn't sell rather fast they drop the price agsin.

I am in love with this Walmart. My first time shopping here. Clean, organized, the employees are knowledge and helped me find what I was looking for and I asked a employee to get water for me. He did not hesitate to help with getting the water. Employees were approachable and took time to have brief conversations. 😊👍🏽The parking lot was clean. I like order and today was a good day at Walmart.

Stocking the store on a busy Saturday is probably not the best time to do it. Stocking carts blocking isles every time you turn a corner and being busy on top of that made it very hard for customers to maneuver baskets around. Kind of a cluster. Also not many cashiers open. Lines blocking walkways and isles. Making everyone do self checkout which is a pain when you have alot of stuff. I know that's the corporate plan, not to need cashiers. Eliminating jobs by having the customer do it thierselves. Should be a 10% discount if you use the self checkout. Not a pleasant experience by far.

Kinda a small store so you might not find everything you're looking for. The service is AWESOME! Especially in the pharmacy and in electronics. Those are the two departments that seem to frequent. Everyone is friendly with not only customers but among each other!

Came to the store today to look for an item and couldn't find it. Came home and looked online to locate and it says 3 in store. I gave them a call to ask if they do have it because I could not locate. She says yeah the app says we do and hung up. Yes. I know the app says you do but could you have looked for me before I come back. So unhelpful. I will drive to home depot forget this. I hate that walmart is the only store here. I will drive 40 minutes from now on a shop elsewhere.

Not very clean and the service desk workers are really unfriendly! Majority of the employees are very disrespectful and hateful to the customers and they are not about to break a sweat to actually help the customer when called upon. I was going to purchase some cologne last week and I pressed the call button for assistance and waited for a good 30 minutes or so and never received any help, I bet I pressed the button at least 20 times! How ridiculous is that?

Since COVID, I have been using the app to shop from the comfort of my home and conveniently pick up my order. I have always had excellent service!! Wether I am in store or outside at the pick-up area theemployees are always friendly and thoughtful concerning breakable/fragile items such as eggs, bread anything in glass.I have shopped at this hometown Walmart for over 19 years and have always had a great experience!!
