Sorry to say I would never recommend this vet clinic for your pet. We took our beautiful baby (Posey) to be spayed and Dr Martin let her die! We were shocked! Two weeks later they sent us a notification to bring Posey in for a follow up. No cares what so ever that our little girl died. NOT A Good place to take your pets!

Animal Care Clinic is hands down the best facility with amazing vets, techs, and assistants! We’ve used ACC for appx 15 yrs, and have never had a negative experience. They’re wonderful at preventive care, emergency services, boarding, and grooming!Our Golden Retriever approves 100%!

This is THE place to take your pet, or livestock!Dr Martin and his staff are nothing short of amazing and compassionate!We have been part of their "family" since the day he opened his practice. Dr. Martin is very nice and his office worker Brittany is always pleasant. No complaints , prices are comparable and I kenneled my dog with them and he was well taken care of.

The staff are very friendly and helpful 😊. They really have your Pet (s) health care 1st. The Staff Answered all of my questions and concerns about the treatment plan (s). When you call the office, they have no problem giving you the price(s) for treatment (s) they may need up front. They will give you updated on your fur babies as well. Love this Veterinary Office for all of my animals' health care needs!!😀👏🐕🐈🐓

My fur baby needed surgery. Every person in the clinic made me feel comfortable, and I knew they would take good care of my boy. He's still healing, but he's doing well. The cost of the surgery was reasonable and the cost of medication is less than the other vet I've taken him to.

A couple years ago I had a golden retriever who was very sick and they helped me to put her down and they were so kind about it so I went back with my new buddy Lil Man and they've been taking such good care of him I just took him there two weeks ago to have his nails clipped and they did a great job and then this week he was very sick and was having accidents all over the house and the doctor saw him right away and did an x-ray and gave him some antibiotics and a shot and some medicines and he's already feeling better. Here is a picture of him right now. I would highly recommend them to anyone within driving distance!

This team is the best! I knew this each time I went in, but now that I have moved away, I realize even more how amazing they are as I may never find a team this great anywhere. From the moment we walk in, Brittany is the smiling face who ALWAYS knows who we are and greets my pups with love! We usually have Virginia, Cortney or Laurie take us back with more love for the pups. My babies all absolutely love the staff and they are always kind, very knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Martin and Dr. Derby both explain everything that is going on with each dog and answer all my questions. Both are very intelligent and caring practitioners who have a passion for animals that shows in their approach to care each and every time, no matter what the situation. We will go back there every time we are home to visit with anything we need.

Boarded our sweet fur baby here overnight for Valentine’s Day trip. Decided to go ahead and get her up to date with shots and clip nails bath checkup etc. keep in mind when we dropped her off we assumed she was healthy and happy. To our surprise the Tech called us right before our trip to inform us our dog had severe heart worms (she is an inside baby and doesn’t drink rain water so this is a huge shock. We take her outside to potty on a leash and she is never more than arms length away.) and it is going to cost us $1200 for treatment. The delivery was cold and with no bedside manners especially considering me and my girlfriend were going away for our first romantic retreat ever since being together. Instead of celebrating new love, we worried about how to afford a $1200 treatment and boarding costs, and our little fur babys health. We had just wished they would have waited until the next day to tell us or at least been a little less demanding and be more sensitive and thoughtful of dates. Instead of leading with the price we have to pay, maybe it would be nice to have a heart and say “I’m sorry but..” and slowly break the news the next day when we got her. we were already spending well over $100 for the basic care needs at your establishment when we could have left her home like most people do. Being more sensitive about our fur baby when we were going to pick her up the next day, I just think it could have wait. Enjoying a trip is hard when you’re hit with two stressors right away. One that your fur baby, who you care about since you boarded her for a simple overnight stay, has a potentially deadly disease and second to be hit with the financial burden right away in the same breath with no condolences or bedside manner. I did leave two stars instead of one and that’s because otherwise everything was satisfactory in the service itself. But when your pet is your child, bedside manners is vital to customer service.

This is the 2nd time I have gone here, and both were emergencies. The 1st one wasn't a good ending, but this last visit was! Both were for my cats.. I will definitely come again!! Thank you guys!! Tigger is already looking good

My boy, Merle, was so sick and about to die. He had severe pancreatitis and had gotten so dehydrated he only lay there and did nothing. Dr. Martin and his staff kept my baby for 3 days and two nights and they saved him!! They also kept me updated and we're very nice about me calling 3 times a day at least to check in. These people are true animal lovers and IT SHOWS!! My boy in almost back to normal and thank God for these good people!! ❤️❤️❤️

When we got our first family dog we immediately found a vet in the area. We chose animal care clinic and have been pleased from our very first visit. The staff is friendly and caring and appointments are easy to make. They have a wide range of services and answer all your questions! We have also used their overnight boarding program.... we never have worries about her care! Highly recommend!!!!

I've taken 2 of my dogs here for emergency surgery and they are really good at diagnosing and treating animals. Prices are average compared to other vets. They explain what's going on thoroughly...give you a written estimate with a breakdown of the cost. They charged exactly what they say in the estimate. My dogs love them too!

My son and I have been bringing a few fur babies here. The staff is above friendly and the Dr and assistants are remarkable. Just had a 12 yr old put to sleep and they provided the most caring remarkable care. Love this awesome place
