These folks did me wrong on a chain saw repair. I brought it in to have the primer bulb replaced, which they did, but when I got it back it won't run, and the chain was not tensioned properly. I would expect that when I pay good money to get something repaired and inspected it should be returned to me in ready-to-go condition.

After going through hurricane Ida I made a supply run to Wiggins, MS. I came across this hardware store while shopping for supplies and was very pleased with the excellent service from younger gentleman with long beard. Older woman didn’t appear very friendly. Will definitely return if I need to, Ill just avoid unpleasant woman.

Great hometown locally owned complete hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and none of them has ever said "I dont work in this department" whenever I ask questions. So much better than the big box stores.

This store is the heartbeat of the Wiggins friendliest and helpful ppl. They also have more variety than a Walmart. The employees take so much pride in their store and it shows. Spacious & organized, from garden supplies to lumber & all that's in between. Love this store!

Very good quality paint same price as Lowes and I didn't have to drive a long way to get it. Always friendly and helpful especially when I really don't know what all I need.

Hard to find a hardware store family owned. If you need just a few of one thing, you don't have to buy a hundred of them. Great service, friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Great hometown hardware store. Wide variety of goods, hardware, gardening, plumbing, household, cleaning, paint, farming, lawn tractors, chainsaws, landscaping etc. Family run business with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I stop at Alexander's first for supplies.

Got the supplies I needed paid for it with my Debit card and walked out leaving it on the counter I wasn't feeling too good low blood sugar when I realized I had left my card there they went out of there way to help me find my card thank God they found it many thanks to the staff for helping me.
