This place is run by crooks. Bought four 6-packs of Monster. Price on shelf said $7.18 each. Scanned in at $10.38 each. Got a manager to honor the lower price after pointing out bait-and- switch is illegal. Same trip I purchased “Hyper-Tough” bolt cutters. They promptly broke after trying to cut a small chain (1/8”)on my truck. No refund because they broke while I was using them. Trying to explain that they broke while I was using them for their intended purpose was like talking to the wall. I will just dispute the charge with my bank and never shop here again.

Can never decide if I love or hate this place, Clearance aisle is always fun to check out. And the staff was polite enough to ignore my two year olds antics at check out with the balloon we bought her.

Most shelves are normally stocked with competitive prices. Their brands are usually just as good as name brands that are charged more for so they can have tv ads. I plan to continue to shop there.

Might be the best stocked walmart in america. If you're at the truck stop and want to fill the fridge, this is your walmart. Minus a star, because you may die crossing the road. Come on walmart! Fund a crosswalk and pedestrian button. Either you play frogger or you hope someone is driving across the cross street and then you run because you have 5 seconds to cross. I cant run. Im a trucker.

Awful. I had a buggy full of groceries and had to check out at the self check out because nobody was checking people out. There were five ladies standing upfront and none of them would open a register and check me out. This was at the Walmart at barnes crossing in tupelo Mississippi. This was at 10:00 am Wednesday morning. My onions wouldn't scan and I had to go get another bag. A buggy full is just too much to scan at the self check.

Carts in every parking spot outside , employees selling weed, hiring manager never can be reached over the phone or in person, store filthy , they overlook the great potential employees to hire people that show up when they feel like and rehire quitters.

I was at the walmart in West Point MS today. The self checkout was 30 deep and they only had one employee checkout open. It also had over 30 people in line. I tried 2 times to call so that I could ask for someone to help with the line. Nobody would answer the phone. I left my buggy. If Walmart doesn’t want our business maybe we need to go somewhere else.

The Walmart in West point, Ms is one of the better ones in this area. The employees are helpful and treat customers with respect. The store is clean and the products are stocked and in order.

Checkout lanes - you have like 15 of them!But you want people to stand around and use the self checkout?We had stuff to buy and sat it down and left. You're assuming you won't have enough customers to need more checkouts, or you're assuming people will be okay with standing around.People should not be standing around at the self checkout when you have so many lanes that you could openIt's always better to check people out a little

No one working. The ones that are working seem like they're overworked if they're working and not on their phones. If you find somebody that's working they will help you. Some are on their phones and just talking. They do not like to be interrupted.

I was very disappointed. Half of the items I was looking for, they didn't have. Half the shelves look like they haven't been stocked. Alot of the cashiers are rude.

I love Walmart but I don't like going unless it's early in the morning or really late at night. The only bad thing about them is that they have so many workers but they never have registers open for checkout so the checkout wait time is entirely too long.

Could not find anyone to answer a question. Only one register open with a line past the jewelry department. That poor girl was trying but seemed overwhelmed.This has gotten ridiculous!

The best time to go to this Walmart is before 11am on a weekday. Customer service isn’t that great and it shows with prices being wrong on the shelves and boxes in always in the aisles to be stocked. Gotta do better.

Not a bad store. Clean Well stockedRACIST AS CAN BE.Walked up to exit and was told by a black employee the door was locked, mentioned I have trouble walking and asked for a wheel chair was told there was one "over there" followed up by another black employee telling me it was locked as he was locking it. Walked to other end of store to exit then had to walk back to the same end I was locked in at to get to where my car was parked only to see a black employee letting 3 black customers out the locked door. I will be in touch with Walmart management and an attorney tomorrow

Placed an order for pickup. Received confirmation of 9pm pickup. Received email order was ready. Arrive at 9. Sit there for an hour no one will answer phone in store or pick up. Go inside to be told they close atv8. Why make a reservation forb9!!! Unacceptable Walmart. Your customer service is horrible. Get some qualified people or close.
