Oh my gosh I just spoke to the most ridiculously rude person on the phone. I live in Texas and I am from the area. Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was told over and over so rude they don’t deliver without even getting the correct address. My mom lives less than ten minutes outside of West Point. Understandable if you only deliver 2-3 miles as you say. But the way you handled that call when I contacted your business shame on you. I will go back to petal pushers thank you 😊🙏🏾

I needed an arrangement for a close friend that recently lost a family member. I live in Georgia and she is in West Point, MS. I chose to contact The Green Leaf and I’m so glad I did. I told them what she liked and this beautiful creation is the end result. I loved it but most importantly the recipient loved it! Excellent customer service from beginning to the end! I even received a picture before delivery! Highly recommended! 💗

I called from Memphis, TN to order flowers for my boss. He wanted a nice arrangement to go to a funeral home. I spoke with Catherine and she was awesome. I told her I really didn't want a spray. She suggested a flower arrangement that would be beautiful as a center piece for the holiday table as it is Christmas time. She said it will still incorporate the sympathy he wishes to express. I ask her could she text me a picture, before sending, so I could see it. It was absolutely beautiful!! That was such a wonderful idea!! I wish this florist and Catherine were in Memphis!!

Spoke with who I believe was the owner or manager and had an excellent customer service experience. I was ordering flowers from Nebraska for a funeral service and she was caring enough to give me a suggestion that could be split up between family members which was very thoughtful and she said she was going to personally deliver the flowers this evening or early tomorrow morning. Kudos to this business for their customer service and caring about their customers.

I set up a subscription delivery service with them to deliver flowers to my Mother-In-Law on her birthday and on Mother's Day every year. Catherine and the other customer service rep that took my information were wonderful. The process was easy and I am happy that the little town of West Point has such a great florist available. 💐

It was great to find a florist I can trust. The staff is super helpful and is always happy to help. I've used them for both mixed arrangements and sympathy pieces and I have always been happy with the results. 10/10. Catherine and Joyce are both fantastic florists.
