Loves is always clean it has a variety of softdrinks and coffee, candy, potato chips. All kinds of snacks. If you need a phone charger they have them. They even have souvenirs, such as keychains, stuffed toy animals, stickers. Bought a french vanilla triple shot energy drink from starbucks. This gas station was super busy, today.

Tried to buy diesel here.They kept running my card and saying it wasn’t registered on their end.They wanted me to run it again so I looked at my online banking and it was already taken out twice.I had to call the bank to start a dispute.I never could get any fuel there and ended up getting fuel at Marathon down the road.This is a clown show….stay clear of these fools

Don't trust the CAT scale. I told the employee at the fuel desk that she should let CAT scale know there's no way an 18 would have these weights. She said she doesn't have anything to do with CAT scale and turned her back on me.

The cheap gas, fresh coffee, real fruit, friendly staff, connected to Arby's, clean bathrooms, and prices displayed on the isles is why I just love love's truck shop.

Nice and clean are saying other people !!!Then what is that? Look at the attached pictures.Garbage all over. Many diseases are spreading there. Brand new Love’s probably and maybe short staffed or something wrong with management there ! Can’t deserve even one star.

From Florida to Missouri Loves have been a great, clean place to stop. The one in West Point, MS was even better for having a mini dog park for our dogs to use the restroom! Much appreciated Loves!

This is only from an RV perspective... There is not enough room for an RV pulling or even a moderate or larger fifth wheel.

We often stop at Love's when on the road... stopped at 3 on our most recent trip including this one. Not our first choice, but most of them are convenient.Restrooms were very clean as usual and store was clean inside.Employees were NOT friendly, just there.Biggest complaint... NO paper in the pump for receipt! Either they are too cheap, or too lazy to maintain the pumps, and Not just the one we were at.So, yes... I took away 2 stars for this. BTW, I normally do not return to a place that does not give a receipt.

The bathrooms were filthy. I’m not one to leave a negative review unless it’s for the best interest of people to avoid. The shelves were well stocked but the employees acted as if they could barely move they moved so slow. It’s so strange to not see a loved well kept but this was was gross. Mirrors were nasty, countertops in bathroom all nasty, trash and paper scattered in bathrooms and outside, clogged toilets, dirty toilets, the whole bit was not good.

I always stop here for gas on my way from Alabama to Nettleton. Never have I had bad service. The people there are laughing and enjoying what they do. The ladies restroom is always clean and smells good. Not like a porta potty. They have good snacks and other food too.👍👍

Bathrooms clean always working their is very not friendly . arbys crew very messy and loves crew were not friendly at all . I enjoyed the customers alot of them were very friendly in nice. Any body with a title to their name never forget how u treat a person will bite u back n life .

Staff has poor attitude, poor customer service. Register clerk smacking on gum with earbuds in. Making comments to other clerk how customer said she never did answer his question about a product availability. Hot food cases were not stocked. Restroom was dirty. At least there was coffee.

Good location and parking. Noone to empty all the trash cans in the parking lot and bathroom is always out of paper towels and pee all over the toilet seats. It's a truck stop though so can't expect perfection. Also they should watch the drivers snatching things on the way out, I've seen it three different times I've come here and makes us look bad as if truckers didn't already have a bad reputation.

Wow customer service was awesome. Patricia welcomed me as I walked in the door. Got a clean and hot shower, was completely satisfied with your cashier, very nice..and even asked if I had found everything I needed... so kind... THANK you Patricia!

Driving from Gulf Shores Alabama to Kansas City Missouri and stopped at Loves for a bathroom/snack break. Very pleased to see the mask wearing enforced plus how very clean the bathrooms were. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Lots of stuff the smell of the hot dogs cooking along with the coffee and the smell of arby's flowing thru the place makes for a unique wonderful smell for a weary trucker! Lots of parking plenty of fuel islands and always has the stuff I need to keep my truck running like it should! The showers are clean, and the employees are so nice!

I've been to loves over 40 times during travel and the employees are super kind and the store is always packed with every kind of snack. Perfect place to stop and get gas fast and professional.

I had to go inside and pay in advance for gas that I had not pumped. I pumped my gas and had to go back inside to get my refund. I don't know if this is the best policy. Larger towns ask for your keys or drivers license so you will come back and pay. As a result, I will never actually fill up again. I will only partially fill.

They are refusing service to people without masks. I have a mask, no problem, but not everyone travels with a mask. I will not support a place that turns away families with children because they were not fortunate enough to bring masks to the gas station. So disappointed in Love's for this childish behavior. Should change its name to "Hate's".

Okay for a Loves. Full of non drivers in semis who can't speak English who park on the fuel island for 2 hours at a time because they cannot back.

Filled up with gas and the bathrooms were clean too. Very nice..I'll stop there again. 5 stars!
