There is always really good service here. The staff are very helpful and try to make sure you get exactly what you want. I try and get all of my hardware needs here over the other larger stores because I know when I leave there I have everything I need and the service is always top notch.

Terrible experience with the owner named Tim. I purchased an item online from them and when I received it, found out was not the same item that they advertised. I returned it after Tim said he would refund me the full cost including shipping. Once he received the item, he refused to refund the full cost as he had promised.I called the Ace Hardware corporate office to complain but they refused to intervene as they said this store is not a corporate owned store. So I was cheated and would advise everyone to avoid purchasing from this store as they are dishonest.

Convenient location to keep from having to drive 20mins to the nearest Home Depot. They carry a great variety of things, and the staff have a good basic knowledge of most things to help you find what you’re looking for.

A horrible company to do business with. Misleading advertising, they sell defective products and when you bring the defect to their attention, they want to impose all sorts of fees to return items. Do your homework! Check them out on Facebook, Google, Amazon. Poor customer service and business practices.
