I went through the drive-thru with my husband. The girl taking my order repeatedly got it wrong. Once I drove around to the window the boy at the window read it back to me at my request and, of course, it was incorrect. They called a manager over and I explained to him what I wanted and he couldn’t figure it out. I showed them the coupon- a free sausage, egg & cheese biscuit with the purchase of a regular hash brown and a regular drink- and explained I wanted that, plus one sausage biscuit and one regular drink. I don’t feel like that should be hard to understand. I thought they finally had it right, I paid…got my receipt and my order and it was STILL WRONG! The manager finally asked me to pull forward and said he would fix it. He came out a few minutes later and told me he had refunded the $ for the entire purchase. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was because he refunded my $. I’ve never had such trouble getting someone to understand my order. The coupon was very clear and I only ordered two additional items. It was a very frustrating experience- I was shaking by the time I left. Thankfully, the food was good.

When they first opened everything was great but now food especially the bone in chicken has no taste of being seasoned. The tenders are the size of baby fingers and they never have the strawberry pies. The crazy part is I asked how they never have strawberry pies and I was told because the staff eats them.... Really!! I guess corporations don't care because I know someone should be checking on the decline at the Water Valley location.

The chicken sandwich was good if you like it dry with lots of pickles. I like saucy, so it wasn't my thing. The service was nice, and I want to try something else on the menu next time.* EditI found the chicken strips- it's are my favorite right now. I just wish they could offer some sauces, I could ask but they're good enough without it.

Their employees in the morning are never there they are disrespectful and at night they are always out of chicken. If they aren’t going to be open when they say they are then why don’t you just change the hours. They always have an excuse for something like this morning they said they were short handed but there was five people inside I guess they were just standing around being lazy. Get with the program people do your job or just close.

I know it the times, but damn! Every time I do an online order it’s wrong. And when I go back to get it corrected I get treated like it’s my fault and talked down to. One good thing about it, you don’t have to worry about making an employee mad for too long, come back two weeks later and it’s completely different people. I’m actually thinking of trying again tonight since it’s been better than a month since I’ve been there. Updated my review! 12-10- 23 5:30 pm! Ordered, food was ready when we got there 20 minutes later. Order was correct, employees extremely professional. Good job

Was just threatened by two members of the kitchen staff, and management called the police on me—all because I civilly requested a refund for an order I’d waited 20 minutes on. When they did finally refund me, it was FOR THE WRONG ORDER. I was never given a refund and asked to leave the premises. I’d love to hear from franchisee Jon Scott before my attorney hears from me. I’d be appalled to know my restaurant was treating customers this way. AVOID.

I've ordered several times using the app and it gives u the time your order will be ready and when you get there you have to sit and wait 20-30 minutes for your order then when u get home you're missing items and the workers get an attitude with you because you complain I spend my hard earned money and it's never under $30 the night shift is ridiculous what's the point of ordering on the app if you're still going to have to sit and wait it's very inconvenient the girl at the window said it was a 3 minute wait I watched her serve 7 cars and after 20 minutes I pulled back up to the window to ask what's the wait

Poorly services, and poor customer service. They are very impatient with customers and they were very rude and disrespectful I think they need to have better employees working at the one in water valley, the employees are disrespectful towards there supervisor and wouldn’t listen, they mess up on customers orders, they think they are always right when the customer has there receipt, I will never go back there

Ii have tried this location 3 different times and so far my order is wrong each time... I am so understanding, when it comes to food retail being that, I have been working in some aspect of deli for over 25 years. But maybe a once in a blue moon wrong order....but not consistently. Having to wait for 10 minutes or more by pulling up should at the least ensure what is ordered is what the customer receives. It's very disappointing and needs work.

The past 5 times I have been they have given me the wrong order. Today I got something completely different and then called 10 times to never get an answer. I was the only customer their and they got my order completely wrong. There is no way it could have been confused with another order. This place is absolutely terrible and the workers do not care what the customer receives. Will never go again.

The window workers are rude. Have to wait 30 minutes to get the wrong order. I won't be going back. One of the workers K. J. In water valley store, talk junk to me thru the window. Had to check food for spit or any other stuff. Will not be visiting ever again, till workers change attitudes. Food is great if prepared correctly. Nobody trust a person fixing their food and the waiter is cussing them out thru window.

The food was really good and reasonably priced but what impressed us the most was the tolerance and kindness of the guy on the register yesterday. The hubby is death as a doornob and I'm blind as a bat. So take in account we had never been in a Jacks we needed extra time and patience to get our order in. Thank you. We will be back!

I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to say this: the first visit to Jack’s ever. We waited almost 30 minutes for our two Big Jack’s with cheese and a 2 piece chicken meal dark (they were out of thighs so we expected legs) the fries were beyond cold- the burgers were a hot mess without cheese and we were given beans and slaw and only white meat pieces. It was completely wrong. We returned the food. We won’t return, and we will recommend our friends to stay away. I won’t recommend my students work there as there is no telling how the establishment treats employees if customer service is so terrible. Boo!

Employee's friends or family hanging out in booths. Employees up&down out of booths to work. Babies with runny noses at booths. Food just was not the quality we are used to having from a Jack's.It's unfortunate that the workers are not trained properly on Soft skills and professional habits.

This was our first time at a Jack's. We were pleasantly surprised...everything...and I mean everything was great! We tried several different things just to experience more of a variety. Mike had a burger and I had chicken tenders. We both had Cole slaw as our side. We ordered the snack size fried green tomatoes and French fries.

Got 50 dollars worth of food every bit of the burgers were wrong I got doubles when I ordered singles got charged for doubles didn't get any of the 5 drinks I ordered they put onions and all this when it wasn't ordered y'all really need to learn how to read an order or find another job
