The clerk saw me waiting for her to do her job, and instead she continued to stock the shelves. Poor customer service, lost my service. I will be going to the family dollar from now on.! She needs to fix her attitude.

I used to work for this company a long time ago and it upsets me that the DM and the store manger would allow the store to be so cluttered. When I worked there part of your job was to keep store clean, never allow more than 3-4 customers be in one line, and to always leave stock in back and bring out in baskets not leave stock in the way. If I had the chance this store would not look like this and if any employee didn't want to take pride in their job would be gone. Customers are leaving due to several issues with this store. It sickens me to be honest to even have to see it just look at the picture posted things are everywhere on floor.

It's under rated! It has problems, for sure. The refusal to provide paper bags is unconscionable these days. Also, they are so successful that there is always merchandise in the aisles. But it has great prices and good selection in a poor community. 4.5.

They charged my card twice. Tried to talk to the manager about it but she was rude as hell to me. They won’t return the money they owe me and basically called me a liar. I have on my banking app where they double charged me. And to top it off their store is always nasty. You can barely find anything or fit through the aisles. And the employees are lazy never see them actually work just smoke outside all the time. I would never go back to this dollar general and wouldn’t recommend anyone to unless you want to pay twice the amount for your stuff and be talked down to.

Shelves were empty. Merchandise stocking carts scattered everywhere. I think it's because the store always seems short staffed. I will say the staff is always friendly.

Its okay the place is always crowded with new sshipments, and they litteraly always have two people in the eitre store. Imagine a whole line of people checking out on one cash register. If your lucky the other worker MIGHT*** open the other cash register

This particular location has been through some changes for the best lately.they do seem to have limited storage space and the isles get blocked.the store has a real good district manager that I know personally .he is a good man is is doing a great job for DG.

This particular store used to be a complete mess until they remodeled which improved tremendously, but last time i went back to this dg it had started becoming a mess like it was before with all the backstock piled up in the isles. Hope they get it back under control soon!!

Wheelchair ramp is so steep you need an electric wheelchair to go up the thing. This is not accessible to someone in a manual wheelchair unless they have a strong person that can push them up it. Custom wheelchairs with no push handles, forget it.

Lots of great items just hard to get down the isles even for one person because there's always new stock boxes sitting in the way

Seems to be bad at restocking items after running out. Use to regularly purchase items that have been out weeks at a time.Sometimes lines at register are way too long and not enough associates to handle another register.

It was unorganized dirty and no assistance to find things among carts sitting all over. In need of better management in my opinion. I left without purchasing.

Much better since remodeling but shelves still have a lot of products missing and still messy on most aisles. Much improved!

I was in there today and one of the employee told one of my kids if she wasn’t planning on buying a that toy for her to put it up.......I was like how does she know if she wanted it if she couldn’t look at it.......she said that what her Manager told her to do......but really how does a kid know what they want if there not allowed to look at something

The new Dollar General in Water Valley is a whole new deal! I use to go have to drive to Oxford Walmart or Batesvill Piggly Wiggly to get my sister micro meals she could pop in and cook for herself. Now the DG in the Valley has a wall of freezers in for Very cheap micro meals, fresh milk and all sorts of things. Way to go Dollar General!

Just like any other dollar general, it's kind of messy. But on a good note, they are good about getting new stock out (seasonal items).

This store is always in a mess. You can't shop easily in there because of the freight carts are in your way. The store is not big enough.

Because they have the walk ways full of stuff blocking everything on the shelf and most of the stuff dose not have a price on it. And the workers are not that friendly when you ask them a question..

It's a Dollar General. Get some stuff cheap, but despite what some may believe it is not a bank. Alright, other than the internet, and considering fuel cost, might be your lowest price on some stuff.

The floors have been cleaned however it is still difficult navigating due to inventory not having been put on the shelves......The new manager will hopefully get things in order
