First time eating at Jack's , I usually cook in my truck but thought why not be lazy a bit and go get me some food. I'm glad I did. Very clean and nice inside, the workers were very great and greeting and getting your food to you. I ordered a number one with a mocha iced coffee and their Mac and cheese. Super delicious and also what topped it off to me, to all my fellow truckers out there they give truckers a DISCOUNT. It's nice to see a place actually treating truckers with respect and dignity and being grateful to our services. So I'll definitely be back when I'm through this way.

They are getting worse by the day. Everytime we go, which is at least 2-3 times per week, something is wrong. You definitely have to check your bag before leaving because there is always an item or two missing. And the staff has the nerve to get an attitude when you ask for your food and/or condiments. They should be nice and appreciative of any repeat customers. Instead they get frustrated.Update. Not much has changed.

Staff was very nice but she didn't hear me when I wanted a bacon burger & the food was just terrible. Dry burgers and greasy buns with "hand crafted" potato stumps, large fry is kinda pathetic because it's very small and the food was not even warm when served. They Also made my child's burger plain, and neither had cheese on it. Not that it would have melted anyway, who knows how long that food sat out.

I come through jacks semi regularly before going to work at 6am and I cannot tell you how often they mess up my order or leave things out. This isn’t just when they are busy in the morning, but almost every time I go through. This morning id asked for an order of hash-browns and a large coffee with my meal and they gave us a reg. sized coffee and no hash-browns. A week ago they gave us a completely different order, and they consistently make the same mistake. I ask for a Coke no ice every time and 7 out of 10 times they’ll fill it to the brim with ice. It’s small, but it’s the same exact mistake, and they’ll ring it up no ice, it’ll show on the receipt, and I’ll get a cup of ice with a little bit of coke. I can understand missing up every now and again, everyone had bad days, but with how common and consistent the same mistakes are it can only be from not caring at all. I’m just very frustrated and I know many others are as well, I know they can do better than the bar they’ve set, which at this point, is in hell.

Chain restaurant, pretty much a brand new store in Walnut, MS. Service is self, order at the counter. Plenty of seating and parking. Pretty good food.Parking: 360 around the store, drive through on the south side.

I went through the drive thru at about 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I was first in line, and it was four minutes between when I paid and when they gave me my order. I got a double cheeseburger and it was very delicious (and not made sloppily). The person in the drive thru was about average politeness, nothing bad but not exceptionally warm and friendly either. I'd say five stars overall for a place like this.

Went in at 10:15 am and ordered sausage biscuits. They had no $1 to give change and wanted to give all dimes from a $10 purchase. Counter person seemed somewhat lost and manager (I’m guessing) didn’t have time to refund so that we could use a credit card. We just asked for our money back and left. It was for the best because the place was a filthy mess from the bathrooms to the trash areas and even the ice cream freezer looked disgusting.

The girl at the dive thru had a bad attitude and rushed me thru my ordering.had to order drink at the pick up window. Was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food and waited over 40. And went inside to get order and it was not even filled! The manager shorted me 4 pieces of chicken also. I called up there and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy and call back in 20 minutes.i insisted on speaking with the manager and the rude little girl started off at me and hung up on me! I've been a regular there since the first day they opened. And will not ever go back there!.I called the Ripley restaurant and told their manager what happened to me at the walnut location.Felicia was so nice to give us the rest of our chicken the walnut store shorted us.Ripley Jack's, we will drive to you from now on! Thank you for your kindness!

We went to this Jacks at a bad time when they were swapping from day to night shift, so things were slow. We ordered Milkshakes and they were good, but weren't full.There were some people in front of us who had waited 15 minutes and just left without getting to order.

Food was TERRIBLE, went to replace entire meal, and the So called NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL, IGNORANT Manager would not even come from around the Cook counter to speak with me , instead yells to the girl up front I’m ONLY replacing the Chicken !!! When clearly I paid for a 8 piece Meal !!!! But she REFUSED to replace the other items . So when I tried to call back they seen my number on the caller ID and kept hanging up, called from my other phone and they answered!!!! Very Unprofessional, and Disrespectful…. Gives Jacks Restaurant’s a Bad Reputation !!!!!!

Well for starters the BOY at the register was more worried about arguing with the girls in the kitchen than taking orders from the customers, stood there for several minutes when he finally came to take my order he had to ask several times because he was more concerned about bickering with the help in the back. The woman that was managing didn’t even seem to care that this was going on. When I got my burger it looked like it had been made an several minutes earlier and the top half of the bun was dried out and hard, the only thing fresh was the fries!!!!The immature boy, behind the counter, was very unprofessional. I mean to act like that in front of the customers I would have fired him on the spot.

Let me tell you, the food is decent but that's not why I gave it a 5. I gave it a 5 because the employees are SO. DARN. NICE. Seriously. Especially at the drive- thru. Fast food employees don't get praised nearly enough but this team is ALWAYS on point. I special order and my order is always correct. I appreciate y'all!

Went twice yesterday. Once for coffee about 8am and 2nd time about 10:15am for 2 breakfast sandwiches. 1st order was 2 large coffees with 10 cream and 10 sugar per coffee. We were given a bag with 6 creamers and 6 sugars. On the second trip we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before we could order. The lady on the speaker said don't order biscuits there's a hold, One minute. We proceeded to order 2 big breakfast sandwiches without mayo. The lady told us only the sausage sandwich had mayo. We got our order and yep there was mayo. I then went in and told the manager my order was wrong. She never apologized to me. My order was fixed correctly then handed back to me. She didn't say one word to me. We tried Jack's in Ripley twice. Both times our order was wrong and the manager was rude. My husband and I will not return to another Jack's. Your employees need to be trained how to interact with customers. And how to apologize or even compensate your customers who get incorrect orders. There are plenty of places to get coffee, fried chicken, or breakfast sandwiches. If my business doesn't matter why would I spend my money there?

Used online ordering. When I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time, I was told that the order wasn't ready and to pull forward. I told the young lady that it was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, she spoke to her manager, Felicia Lambert, and she instructed the young lady to tell me that I would have to wait. I asked for my money back and Ms Lambert said she couldn't give me my money back because I ordered online. I didn't pull forward because I knew I would never get my food. Ms. Lambert finally got my food finished after stomping around where I could see her, obviously wanting me to know that she was mad at me. The young lady at the window was very polite and apologized. I didn't get her name, but she should be the manager instead of Ms. Lambert.

The Cashier was very nice. The Hamburger and Fries were good and the shake was too. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the Hamburger was supposed to have lettuce, pickles, tomatoes on it and all i had was cheese. I didn't feel like complaining because it was good plain and they were busy. Overall I would stop there again if ever in Alabama.

I don't eat there often but had lunch there yesterday. The burger was ok and the fries were fresh. You have to bring your cup back to the register for a re fill and you have to ask for condiments. I had to go searching for napkins. It was ok but I wanted more drink but the register was busy. The employees were friendly. It was a nice restaurant.

The rudest and sorry manager doesn’t think truckers deserve to eat!!! After I had walked over for something to eat,, they wouldn’t even order any food at all,,, the manager wouldn’t even come to the door to talk to me,, they sent a fry cook at best. I unusually love jacks,,, but I’ve not been able to get what I’ve ordered and now I can’t even order!!! So this was the third time in 5 days that jacks has screwed me over and I travel a lot so I go to different ones,,, I guess that’s about to change,, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Today, Dec 26, 2022, we stopped to get something to eat at this jacks. The dining room is closed but the drive thru is open. We’re in a semi truck so no drive thru for us. Most fast food places allow truck drivers to walk up to the window when the dining room is closed but not here! We even tried to call but they wouldn’t answer the phone! This jacks is next to a truck stop so I assume they’ve dealt with truckers before. Apparently the employees at this location are too lazy to do their jobs. I am disgusted by the way we, as truckers, we’re just treated. Jacks corporate should be ashamed of these employees.
