3 days in a row the store has locked the doors at 9pm. The posted closing time is 10pm. Then if you knock on the door the employees hide in the back last night the young man who was working said he had been doing this since February of last year. If the sign says 10 you should have the doors locked till then.

This place is disgusting. There is stuff everywhere. I never see anyone actually working unless you have cash and need to be checked out. The worker are always on their phones. They are also not very helpful at all. Hate coming into this store. If I could review and give zero stars I would.

They have new people in there that are so rude. And they refuse to check you out anymore. They are refusing to take cash cause noone wants to run the register. They just want the self check out to do all the work. But the self check out doesn't take cash either. They just laugh when you ask when they will take cash again and keep playing on their phones.

I have made a conscious decision to stop shopping at all dollar generals after my experience with this one. The store refused to give me back my money, though I kept getting we are working on it (district manager, I would criticize but the holidays now--so my lips are sealed but you are warned if you shop here). It took over 80 + days to get money (refund) from a decline gift card but it took dollar general service less than 12 hrs to take the money out of my debit card. I have learned my lesson not to do gift cards at a store like this but after the long wait I would not shop at any location. YOU ARE WARNED DON'T SHOP HERE!!

Never have products on shelf, the narrow isle alway full with pack boxes still on pallets Maybe the need hire more help,🤔 seem like they overwhelm. Employees COMPLAINING out loud in front of customers,maybe STRESSED but I won't go back there for a while.

On 2/13/21 the cashier was very rude. I was making a purchase using digital and paper coupons. When I handed her the $2.00 paper coupon, she stated you already saved $16.00. I'm like really. I proceeded with my purchase. She handed me the receipt and then stated you saved $18.00. No thank you. I will not be shopping this location again. I wish I had gotten her name .Everyone is not meant to be in customer service!

Sales are out the frame! This trip blessed me with a 12 roll package of QN TP for $1.75 and clothes 70% off! Parking lot and adjacent grass could benefit from some givadamn. Staff is always friendly.

I don’t know why people giving this store 3 or 4 stars this store don’t even deserve 2 stars . The store is sooooooo dirty and unorganized. Sad part about it they always have 3 people working in there and its always a line and the one on stateline have always have 2 people working and they NEVER have a line. The older white lady with long hair and the younger white lady have AWLFUL ATTITUDES and everytime I go in there john ( who is super nice) always have a long line and they always in the back to make it seem like they working and they are NOT and everytime I tell them he need help up here they always have attitudes .... this store is AWLFUL need to go get together ... STATELINE IS 100x BETTER

Service needs improvement, dollar general had a line with over a dozen waiting to check out while two employees stood by the closed registers discussing ??? Instead of opening a register or putting the products which were sitting on the floor still in boxes blocking isles.How and when did consumers agree to DMV type treatment from retailers who are in competition for our business. Dollar general, Wal-Mart and the other big box stores that compete for consumers should compete with CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of long lines and cramped isles!!

It's not a bad store but with 10 people in line they didnt open a different register even if i saw several other employees walk by one was in the managers office... right next to the register... I didnt feel as much like a customer but a nuceince....otherwise I can usually find what I am looking for in the store and this is not normally the case perhaps I caught them on a bad day

I love each and every employee here. Turnover is low, so we as a community get to have these people as part of our family. I'm sure I'm one that is considered "Ca-Ray-Z" but they treat me with hospitality and know my flaws and where I can become distracted, and with a thankful heart they put back on my path, probably a more thankful husband. Ha! Thanks to John for my countdowns and Susy, u have a heart if gold, and ur manager is blessed to have u under his belt. Darlene, how u deal with me I'll never know, but thank u. I adore the newer young lady who always helps me with my lucky dimes👀 (u know who u are) and the other closing manager that chats me up about coin hunting, thanks for not making me feel like the only middle-aged nerd, although u are a lot cooler than me silly. Ok so it's obvious, I love u all

Just went at 8pm, doors closed, 2 vehicles in parking lot, makes you wonder what they were doing, 4 other vehicles came in and wondered the same thing, time says closes at 10pm not 8pm.

They dont have as much merchandise as other dollar generals. No kids clothes not a great selection on Easter or holidays for buying gifts.

This is my go-to place for fast food I guess. It's a whole lot cheaper than a convenience store and a whole lot less crowded then Walmart or Kroger.

Store always has isles blocked with incoming merchandise waiting to be placed on shelves. Store is very messy and disorganized. Staff is pleasant.

Always cluttered, one register open when several customers in line not an in and out store as it use to be. I typically go to Stateline and 301 for this reason
