The gentleman that assisted me today was named “DD” and I couldn’t have asked for a more polite, knowledgeable, well spoken associate. He issued my refund quickly and with a smile. It was pretty good! The sales were excellent and they had plenty. Some things weren't ringing up correctly. The automotive section is a bit confusing, but I like this location.

We parked here overnight with our truck and camper, pulling a 28 foot car trailer. That was okay. But we had to buy a couple of batteries and when we took the old batteries in to get the core credit no one knew how to do it, including the manager! Finally got it done. Walmart, educate your employees!

My father, Wilbert Doss, was an employee at this particular location. My family and I were in town a couple of weeks to attend to our father's affairs and to plan his funeral services and ALL that comes with that. The Management Team, the Employees, and ALL of the associates were the epitome of GREAT customer service operating in a spirit of excellence. Everyone was VERY professional, accommodating, helpful, and simply went above and beyond. Mere words can not express the depth of gratitude for each act of kindness, and each show of genuine concern extended towards our family on our father's behalf.. The Walmart Family in Vicksburg Ms is the BEST on this side of Heaven ♥ Thank You, Thank You,... Thank You... The Doss Family

Half of the store looks like an episode of hoarders. Pallets staked all the way down isles of things that are not even in the area. This on a Saturday at 4:30pmMost of this was there Thursday around 8pm. After not being able to get to half of what I needed, and also being out of stock for weeks on usual items. I decided to check out with what I had and try again later, today actually. Only to get to there self checkouts at 9 with them all being closed down while there where customers needing to check out to send everyone who was not happy to the one checkout person.It truly seems this store wants to be closed by these actions of whoever's in charge over all. Don't misunderstand, it is not the regular employees, they are doing the job they are told to do. Whoever's over ordering and operating this store should definitely not be.

I fell in this store due to negligence. There was laundry detergent on the floor, no wet floor sign in the aisle, and no employees around as they were all gathered toward the front of the store chatting. I have had a sprained ankle now for weeks, and am going to get an X-ray to see if I have a fracture. Really disappointed that either security didn’t come check on me after I fell, and that there were plenty of employees but just hanging out instead of around the store, as I could not gain my balance and took me a while to get back up.

Not a good Walmart. Nothing exceptional. I had trouble finding assistance both times I went shopping here. **Edit: After shopping here a few more times I decided to add a star based on my experiences. Staff was more helpful during other visits.

Usually out of product and mostly over stocked on random items. Specifically today, they had three large salmons that were after the best by date. I asked for a mark down and was denied. These big corporations would rather throw away good food and get the tax write off… sad.

I have utilized the Walmart Pickup services at this location twice. The first pickup was thrown into our trunk by a young lady who I'm sure does her best. At this time I was grateful to have gotten all the food we ordered. The second time we order over a hundred dollars worth of food. First of all we had to wait an extra hour due to how busy they were. But when that order finally came out, less than half the food on our order was there. It was disappointing. I hope communication between associates and customers gets better soon.

I can say that the Walmart here needs improvement alot of the staff act like they don't even wanna be there. Alot of items are not where they go or the price is jff , bathrooms are not cleaned real good but the staff there that like there job they are nice and help you they smile at uSo I'm doing and edit on something so shocking but I just learned. So if u have any kind of tap pay Don't come here it is not an option anywhere at this Walmart

Out of everything. Did not restock. Store was dirty, isles parking lot and checkouts. Most staff super friendly. Asked one a question where something was and he simply pointed and continued his phone call on speaker phone for a after work booty call......SIDE NOTE:Heard enough to know she was unresponsive and he had no game.Checkout lady was super sweet.

I bought a television here recently. I hadn't been in the store in a while but I was pleased with the friendly staff in the electronics department. I received good advice and a pleasant young lady helped me take the large tv to my truck. It sort of felt like the old days when people treated customers nicely and wanted you to come back and do business! Good job!

I give it a 4.25 out of 5. It's convenient that they have pickup ordering, and the staff that load my orders are courteous no matter how small or large my order is. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they always seem to be out of stock on one or a couple items on each order.

I tried to check all of my groceries out after 45 minutes of shopping, and they said they were closed... at 10:55. Had to leave with nothing. Some of the employees are extremely ignorant.

This location is a decent store overall. The only issue that I have with the store is that there aren't many if any person manned registers in the store. Self checkout is always backed up and more of a hassle now than any a register being open with a person.
