I love Wags. The treatment and advice are professional. I can call them for advice anytime. I am new to raising puppies, so that's why I go to them for advice, which they have told me anytime. I tried another location but was not satisfied after 2 times. Wag on into Wags.

Before our dog Toe Doe passed away, the service was ok. I called just now about an appointment today (I knew it was a long shot, but it was worth a try)! Person answering the phone because she didn't state her name like the others. States, "NO, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS, AND WE DON'T TAKE PETS AFTER 10 AND WE ARE BOOKED FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK!!!! Didn't offer me any other appointments or nothing!!!! I guess that I will drive to Madison, MS, where the service is A1 and the customer service is spot on!!!!

My dogs tell the real tale for me. How they act when I pick them up, and how they interact with staff. My two yorkies, gives them two thumbs up. I was also thrilled when I called and she was able to get us in last minute. Will be using them over and over again when we make our trips here in Vicksburg. Thank you for taking good care of my babies, and making them look and smell all pretty.

I love this place. The ladies there are so good at what they do. I own 3 dogs, 2 miniature poodles and a maltipoo. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. My dogs are always looking beautiful after their visit and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Wags to anyone.

Love them all. Very pleasant and treat me like family. Very patient with my dogs. They have the most beautiful shiny coats once I pick them up.
