We went to HD two days in a row. The first day we went, the night crew (mostly young men) was very helpful and nice. I had to go back the next day during the day, and I'm handicapped, and none of the day shift (young ladies) asked or stepped forward to assist me. They were all too busy looking at their cellphones. I was highly disappointed that no one asked if I needed help.

Has most of what I need but offbrand labels. Do you think I could find a Stanley hammer? Nope. Just a reasonable Chinese facsimile. The world moves on leaving us old-schoolers behind.

Attitudes and laxidazy work ethic. A few of the staff are nice and helpful but the rest are just there riding the clock. The short older lady that does check out at the loading dock is rude and grouchy. I will push a loaded dolly to the other end of the store and check out to avoid her. I like the manager. She is helpful and really tries. Overall I gave this store a try since it’s close but I will drive to Clinton to avoid it now. Also they do not open at 6 am like the sign says. More like 6:15 because all the staff are running late.

Shopping at Home Depot was easy, found everything I wanted. Had a lot of help, the young lady was very busy with other customers but she kept letting us know that had forgotten us. Once she began helping us, she thanked us generously for waiting for her assistance. She treated us very well and even provided assistance to help us with our purchases (spent to much money) to our car. So if you're ever in Vicksburg, ask for Lashay.

I ordered a Tuff shed and Andre and his crew did an amazing job setting us up. There were here at 8AM and didn't stop work until the job was done. Hard workers, good workers, and friendly.

Staff is lazy. Most sitting on cell phones not helping customers. Customer service is garbage and mostly racist. Won't be acknowledged unless you're black If you're white you have to literally ask for help multiple times before you get assistance. Only go to this Home Depot if I have to. I will usually try and go to another location if I can. Store is unkept and dirty.

On March 11, went in and asked the clerk if she was the paint expert. She said she was. She absolutely was! She matched an old paint color from 2007! Kind, courteous, and professionally handling all customers. I appreciate employees like her.

Clean. Good service for checking out, but they really need to have more employees on floor to assist customers. The place is so big that if you need to find something or ask a question you literally practically have to walk the whole store or wait on line at customer service.Good store. Need more Employees on floor.

Always a nice place to shop for my gardening needs. Good quality merchandise. At self check out the cashiers offer no help to customers on the machine. And along with that kept looking away to the left and right as I tried to call her for assistance without yelling. I would expect if a cashier doesn't like to work or work their area, place them in another one. In the appliance area, however, they were all friendly and very informative. This was a visit on Wednesday,March 30, afternoon

I found the parking relatively easy and thus made my way into the store.I had zero issues with navigating to the proper aisle, and I located the item I was looking to purchase.There was a very helpful store associate who did assist me with choosing the appropriate item, based on my needs and my wiring in my home.I then made my purchase.It was a very excellent experience overall. Everyone I encountered who worked at Home Depot made me feel very welcome; they also made me feel like I wanted to shop here again.Additionally, I will add that I really like the size of this store; it's a cozy size that's much easier to get around than some of the bigger Home Depot's.

I went to my local Home Depot in Vicksburg, MS around 30 min prior to close to get a myriad of items for our home. I was helped by the most helpful lady named Veronica. She was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find LIGHTBULBS. The woman at the paint counter was also so kind and helpful, she helped me with the finish of my paint as well as showing an interest in why I needed my paint. The customer service hit a home run tonight with kindness, patience, and guidance. Thank you all if you read this.

Awesome experience. I ordered a window unit AC online and Vicksburg, (100 miles away) was the only location that had one in stock. The staff at the cusomer service desk greeted me at the door and had my order on a cart and I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. Unheard of theese days. Kudos to the staff!

I sincerely hope the regional leadership for HD monitors these reviews. The employees are friendly and helpful but the store is a wreck. It is a maze of inventory blocking the aisles making it beyond difficult to get around with a cart. Inventory is falling out of bins and racks. I will start driving to Lowe's in Madison if things don't improve. Very frustrating.

I was having a hard time with my purchase and was getting very frustrated. I finally got ahold of a manager named Corey he was very respectful and willing to fix the problem, and he did. Meanwhile I was waiting in line the store was absolutely packed, he handled the customers and the other employees quickly I was impressed. Valuable employee hang on to him home Depot.

Went to get a tool that the website said was in stock. As usual, it wasn't on the shelf where it should be because this place is always a mess. Also as usual, the workers were much more interested in chit-chatting with each other than helping me. So here I am, standing right next to an employee who is studiously ignoring me while he talks to his buddy. Home Depot has been my favorite tool store for over 20 years, but after this repeated treatment, I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Today I went to the Vicksburg Home Depot in need of 15 bundle of shingles. Myron and Ken in the lumber department helped me load them on a cart and took them outside and loaded them in my truck. I appreciate these guys helping me.
