The worst pool remodel ever. I had some loose coping stones fixed, new steps and new liner installed. First off, one of their guys was drinking a beer while installing the coping stones. I didn’t say anything to the owner at the time. Now I regret that. Wrinkles in the liner they never would fix. I had to lower the water and fix those myself as they never would return my phone calls. When they installed the new liner, they didn’t cut it correctly at the steps. Which left a leak costing me 400 a month in water bills for about a year. They never would come back out to fix that issue. Eventually I found a better pool company. They came out the next day I called them. They found the problem and fixed it in just a couple of hours. Thank goodness. My water bill is finally back to near normal. Goodbye oasis pools. I found a better pool company.

Moved up to Vicksburg Mississippi from Destin Florida to seek a change in my life. Applied for a job with this company and got a job. From day one when I started, the employees and management treated me as family. This company is my home now. You can't find a better pool company to service your pool needs. Understanding, courteous, and very sincere on what they do.

As of right now I wouldn’t recommend A oasis to my worst enemy. We’ve had nothing but bad news and bad outcomes since June when this process started. Here we are in September and nothing is completed. Several items were either not ordered or ordered/arrived late, communication is the worse, updates are few and timeline COMPLETELY off. DO NOT FALL FOR THE “WE ARE A BIGGER COMPANY AND WE CAN GET WHAT SMALLER COMPANIES CANT DURING THIS TIME” spill!!!! Go where ur hard earned money is appreciated and you feel like the customer who has confidence in allowing them to build your dream oasis.

Horrible horrible horrible.I’ve dealt with this company for my company and my home. For the company they were the worst. They couldn’t get the pool completed and of course it got worse and eventually due to their timing to being able to get back to us they said the pump broke. They gave us a service charge each time they came out even though the delays were on them. Their customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. They’re rude and will attempt to yell at you if you’re not in agreement with them.For my home they gave us a quote for a pool cover for $2700 and I got it from somewhere else for $700. They are highway robbery!!! They realize they are the only company in town so they hike up their prices quite a bit. They are robbing the good citizens of Vicksburg and the surrounding areas.

100% recommended. We've had our pool for a bit over a year and are very pleased customers. We've had very few problems, but they've always been fixed as soon as possible. I've no idea about what happened to make Jason curse... I'll have to try to get him to do that next time he comes out :-)

They have installed the pool, solved chemical imbalances, and repaired things broken by the dog. All at exceptional prices. The staff is kind and caring, and have great rapport with all their clients.

I have called multiple times to try and discuss installing a new pool. Have left messages each time with the secretary who tells me she is putting them on the gentleman's desk who I need to speak with and have not received a call back after 4 weeks. I give up and will be working with someone more professional with better communication skills.

This company have VERY POOR communication skills within the office and back to the customer. Also, VERY POOR organizational abilities to get a pool construction carried out. My advice is to get a written contract with a documented date of installment. This company is quick to say “how busy” they are, places the blame on other pool entities and how things just fall behind! So, please do your homework before signing a contract! I am very disappointed with this company and how unprofessional it has been..

Ordered a pool liner that took two months to deliver. They would set appointment after we would call concerning liner,then they would call and cancel then set new time then not show up or call. Happened several times. Not too happy with their customer service and wouldn’t recommend them.

Rudest company ever. The owner curses and screams like a physco when questions on the quality of work. Have a pretty interesting video that I’ll be posting on YouTube too! Run away from this terrible company unless you prefer to spend a ton of money on sub par work.
