Kroger pick up service makes my life SO much easier! There is a young man named Cameron that is always SO cheerful, polite and helpful when he brings my orders out each week. Kroger is really lucky to have him working on their team! He represents his department and employer in a topnotch manner! Thank you for always providing such great service Cameron!

Excellent store. Very tidy. Very clean. Excellent service. Everyone inside is very nice. I wish the parking lot was a bit larger. That's honestly the only negative thing I can say about this place. It's wonderful except for the tiny parking lot.

This Kroger at this location is ok. I frequently can't buy what I want because it's sold out. Their fresh organic produce section is very small. To me it's the best local grocery store in this area so I'll continue shopping here regardless. They make fresh sushi. Their money orders are inexpensive. They also have a pharmacy and gas station. It is a very clean grocery store. Even the parking lot is regularly cleaned.

There is hot fried chicken behind the counter but no one to package and serve it!!! Someone from the bakery eventually had pity and worked to get some chicken. She did excellent!!

It used to be that Kroger was a place you go to pay premium prices for a premium clean and peaceful shopping experience. Not this place. I would have enjoyed Walmart over this one. Very crowded. Very understaffed. Dirty. Could not find the food items I was looking for (simple meat selections). I would never choose this place if I had a choice. Next time I will go to Walmart.

Why Sanderson Farm and Heritage Farm chicken rotten with feathers scattered? Why the chicken in bags bloody melted water? Went also to the chicken restaurant s. They too have the black bones and spoiled chicken fried and serving. Refund so much.I don’t eat anymore. Will buy some and give a picture.Not my shopper not the employees not the stores it’s The company name on your chicken. No antibiotics or presevatives meats rotten on route to businesses I’m back 2023 thanksgiving was horrible rotten turkey. Was so upset Bought that Monday still frozen unthawed in brand new refrigerator. Looked inside turkey black bones noted at drumsticks the back skin thin slimy brown and tail missing neck no giblets. Lucky I had som Tyson chicken nuggets. Will take a picture next time

2 months ago this business would have gotten an easy 4 star's, but in the last month the store has become unorganized and worst of all they rely almost completely on self check out. No baggers are working anymore and they usually only have one or two cashiers. The management has a couple of helpful people but by and large when the store is slammed and no baggers they don't pitch in and help. It's not a good look when people are lined up in the aisles waiting to checkout and no one is around to help the overworked cashiers.

The people at the store are extremely polite and very courteous. Everything I I needed after a storm had completely wiped out everything in my fridge was in stock. I will enjoy shopping here many many more times in the future. It's very clean well stocked, and of course the people are just the sweetest, most politest professionals people I've seen in a very very long time

here doing some remodeling on the sushi and a few other things, Kroger is somewhat expensive but fresh food and a great selection and all the employees are helpful and pleasant

Trail mix was expired 6 months ago and it smells. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence for many items in Krogers in Starkville and Vicksburg. I haven't tried others in MS

The people who work here are so so nice but lately the produce hasn’t been good. I don’t know what the deal is. Between empty sections, to flies all over the onions, to mold on the watermelons. I have to double check my produce before buying it to make sure it’s not bad. This was my experience today. It’s so hit or miss. I wish the quality of produce was more consistent.

Last night I forgot something at the self check, it was near closing and I stopped after I had gotten off of work and didn't realize I had forgotten it until I got home. So, I came into the store at 0740 this morning to get what I had forgotten and then an employee I spoke with said I'd have to wait until customer service opened up. I asked, "When is that?". She said, "May be 8... may be 9... we never know." How does that happen? Now I have to sit and wait for 20 minutes to maybe an hour and 20 minutes. Where is a manager? And why is customer service NOT open!!! NOT A GOOD and I'm not happy.

they allowed a PET TO BE IN A SHOPPING CART and didn't kick them out. danger to service dogs and people with allergies. also a health hazard. DOGS ARENT ALLOWED IN SHOPPING CARTS ANYWHERE EXCEPT PET FRIENDLY STORES and it wasn't trained at all. do better. 🙄

I want to thank Taitiana in the Vicksburg Kroger Floral Dept. for her excellent customer service, kindness, and the absolutely beautiful arrangements she made for my sweet 24-year-old son's burial service. Obviously, this is a terribly hard time for our family and Tatiana's lovely manner and talent made everything more bearable. God bless you, Taitiana, and thank you to Kroger for being there for it's customers!

Best grocery store in Vicksburg. Everywhere else is disgusting and crowded. At least you don't get assaulted by homeless people here. It's quite often cheaper than Walmart and their aisles are organized and properly labeled. I've never had anyone steal my delivery orders like Walmart has. Kroger pickup is always prompt and kind. However, this store can indeed get incredibly crowded at times with lines leading all the way back to the meat section. Still better than Walmart.

I am extremely disappointed with my Kroger pharmacy. Until Oct 2021, I would have rated them at 5 stars...but they have slipped badly in the last year, including ing the final straw. I take insulin injections daily. My prescription calls for 6 pens for 30 days...I got 2. That is 9 days worth.

My dad doesn’t have a gmail account, but he wanted leave a review with Kroger. My dad, Anderson Jones Sr., wanted to express how much he loves going into Kroger. He says that Kroger is the most neat store he has ever been to. Every employee has a great attitude and are willing to help, especially since he is disabled. He says that more stores need to get like Kroger. He hopes that a manager or someone from the business of Kroger to see this review. He says that Kroger is an amazing store.

I went in today to grab some quick items I needed. I went first to the produce to grab carrots. I was looking for organic if they had them. They did but the leafy green part literately had mold growing on them! I picked it out and set it on a empty shelf hopping some staff would find it. I picked up another the same thing more mold. I gave up and started to smell a foul smell from that spot. I moved onto a few other items I was looking for in produce that would be common, they were all out of stock. I substituted for items to make due. After grabbing a few more things at check out I greeted the cashier with a, "Hi, how are you". Blank stare. Food got bagged, "Thank you, Ma'am" Blank stare. To the person bagging, "Thank you, have a good one." Blank stare. I walked out of that store for the last time. Never going back. Manager needs work on the store over all, but this may be a location issue.

Very friendly employees and awesome products. The organic section is nice. They have a nice selection vegan and vegetarian products. Very clean and the meat department smells clean unlike some other stores where their meat department smells so horrible that you don't want to buy a thing from there at all.

Kroger's is a Great grocery store! The employee's are knowledgeable and pleasant; and the store is very clean. The variety of products on the shelves is helpful and with the addition of the fresh produce and meat departments, one stop shopping is truly an option!!! Thank you Kroger for All that you do!!!

We have shopped at a lot of Kroger stores across America and this is the worst one by far. Horribly dirty bathrooms that seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Tons of clutter and full carts by the cash registers looks bad and makes getting around tricky. The rest of the store was dirty as well. None of the standards friendly. A customer service specialist turned her back on us and chatted with a friend while we leaned over the side of the bagging area to bag our own groceries. This store needs new management and I will be informing the corporate office.
