If I could give this store negative stars, I would. On October 6th, my 70 year old mother was berated by a cashier at this store. After 4-5 minutes of horrible behavior, the store manager yelled from the office “It’s fine, I’ll take care of it”. The manager never came out of her office…. Never apologized for the cashier’s awful behavior, nor did she make the associate apologize…. You should be ashamed of yourselves and both the manager and cashier should be fired.

It’s always dirty and things scattered all over the store. I have never seen it organized. It’s always in a mess. Nothing hung properly. Nothing is in an organized manner. They do minimal work of keeping the store organized.

Didnt have exactly what i was looking for but that was ok. I did find another item i needed. Howver the cashier and another employee were talking politics very loudly. I could hear them while shopping in the bavk. It was very inappropriate.

I went in the store to buy some soap. The aisles were congested with boxes and carts. The shelves were almost empty in many departments. Cashier was nice.

When I go in the afternoons, the white manager never speaks, NEVER. The Pemberton Store always but not Clay Street.In the evenings the staff speaks. I wonder why?

So Vicksburg,MS had a series of storms/tornadoes and after a very long power outage and most of the bad stuff has passed, my family went to get candles. After visiting Dollar General on clayAnd Walgreens nwither having what I was looking for at thw price I needed. I went to Dollar Tree on clay street and bought scented tea lights and 5 hour emergency candles(also a plate for the candles) for a whole $3.21. TY dollar tree for being dependable and inexpensive!!

This my store!!! Everything in there a dollar or less, hot doggie. Why pay more when u can pay less and get the same brand.

Not a fact of customer service. Service was great and I got a greeting when I walked in but the stores stock was depleted and really sad.
