Nothing is more uncomfortable than trying to shop peacefully and an employee on the phone talking to another employee from another store and complaining about employees and problems with and in the store and other employees. Conversations like that should be made private. She was so loud you could hear her through the whole store.Not to mention, when it was time to check out, I'm unloading my items onto the conveyer belt and the guy is operating the belt, and he asks me to unload my items closer to him? Ummm, why? You are already sliding the belt towards you and they are coming closer to you while I'm unloading. Thus made no sense. I noticed when I first got in the line and started unloading, he just stood there and they were piling up and then he finally decides to run the belt then while it was running, he asks me to unload them closer? The belt was still working and moving. I just didn't understand his way of thinking and his request. Unusual visit and experience. The guy needs to speak up as well. No one could hear him when he talked.

Cashier just walked away from the register without saying a word even though I put my items on the belt way before he turned his light off.

My wife and I were at the dollar tree on Iowa Blvd Vicksburg, Ms. We walked in and was greeted by the cashier but when my wife went to a lady who appeared to be the store manager and asked her if there was anyone who could get something down off the top shelf, she said no there is not and I'm not getting on a ladder. This woman I haven't seen that often. My wife and I have came to this store for years and have had excellent experience, but this particular time we did not. I don't see how you have great customer service in your employees at this store but a rude store manager. I have talked to others about our experience and they have all had similar experiences with the store manager. My wife and i have always enjoyed coming to this particular dollar tree until this happened. If it wasn't for the rest of the nice employees I don't think we would ever come back and would stop recommending this store to others.

They usually have what I need and I can get in and out without things holding me up. Staff is friendly enough and the aisles don't seem to be cluttered with boxes all the time like they used to be.

Well first of all the staff is real friendly and helpful with any and everything in the store they greet you coming in and greet you on your way out but in the meanwhile in between time they willing to help you and ask you what you need to assist you and everything and even go back and look for it in the back if it is not up front very good employees**HOLLYWOOD**BURNS**.

This Dollar tree is good shelfs are always full, the workers are always nice ,and the manager is a good woman I went there one time and I ask her is their anyone who could get something down off the shelf for me and she got the ladder and got it down for me . This dollar tree is better than clay st because clay st have boxes sitting one the floor, shelfs empty and one day I almost broke my ankle about to trip on a box I'm talking bout the one On CLAY ST . SO EVERYONE MAKE SURE U (DONT) GO TO THE ONE ON CLAY ST SO U DON'T BRAKE A BONE . And hospital bills anit cheap . Like Dollar TREE ON 2127 LOWA BLVD

Worker was on the phone discussing personal business while checking out customers. Not much customer interaction during the transaction. Often times Workers discuss gossip across the store.
