There is always something in the way when I’m trying to get in the isles to pick up my merchandise. Additionally I used to receive all types of coupons digitally due to the fact that I shopped there a lot. However in the recent times they have told me that the vouchers or coupons they sent me or not Able to be allowed at that time that I have to purchase something at a certain time… I.e. this is speaking of my veterans 11% voucher that I have received for several years now. I won’t be shopping with Dollar General as I’ve had too many instances where they did not honor my coupons that was sent from key corporate office you all should be ashamed to actually send out those coupons and not know how to issue them or to honor them for the veterans that you have required them sent them to. As I stated before I don’t shop at Dollar General nearly as much as I do only on emergency issues that I need for something at the house that night. It’s really sad you’ve lost a really good customer because of a little 11% coupon!!! That’s why I have been non-responsive to all of your ads with the exception of one or two

They spent a million dollars on BRAND NEW FREEZERS and still haven't put anything in em!!!! It's been almost 3 months and still nothing in there. They say they can't stock them because of the roof leak that they have known about for years. Yet they can buy the FREEZERS and install them for you to look at though. Also they can't fix the A/C units outside either for cool air when you walk in for some reason. To me this is just poor management on the District Manager's part. Oh and when you call the number provided at the store to call the DM, it rings once then goes straight to voicemail. Hmmmmm...... so you know that they are hitting the F you button when they see our area code pop up. That's just DOWN RIGHT SORRY if you ask me. I couldn't imagine being an employee working under this DM. This DM straight up hates their employees. Oh and one last thing I'd like to add is why does the warehouse or wherever DG sends their goods from. Why do they send sooo much? I mean you can't walk down the aisle without coming into contact with one of these package buggies.

This new Dollar General is very clean and well stocked. There are not any isles blocked with boxes of unpacked merchandise like most DGs in which I've visited. I'll definitely be visiting this one again soon.

Makes bovina look cheap and trashy. Due to the city folk who wants to move out to the country, we now have this. Bovina is turning into suburbia.
