Almost all the time, each time I go to this Dollar General store, the shelves are understocked and the staff here are, well, sub-par let's just say. Not sure about the other Dollar General stores in the Tupelo area but this one is just a disappointment.

This store seemed to be out of stock for a lot of various items all throughout the store. However, it appeared to be well organized and clean. It was around 8pm Memorial Day 2019 and was rather busy. I gave this store a 3 because of the large amount of stock that was unavailable and more so because there was only one cashier and only 2 employees total on a busy holiday night causing a long line and wait for customers.

This store has really became rundown lately. The employees are rude and slow.We stood in line for a good 15 minutes while the cashier talked to her buddies that were in front of us. The store is also a chaotic mess, you run over so much inventory just trying to get down an aisle. Nothing is on the shelves I guess because it is all still in boxes sitting in the middle of every other aisle.

Im not sure what the situation is for most of The Dollar Generals in Tupelo and the one in Verona, but it's pretty horrible. Verona's Dollar General is so empty as far as merchandise, so bad that I'm not even sure why they open their doors at all. Maybe corporate needs to get up from that comfy office chair and get these stores straightened out. It's sad, really.

this Dollar general is in Verona, and I was absolutely shocked but I enjoy shopping there as much as I did. Not saying anything about verono cuz of people are also nice. But I just expected it to be very tiny and to not have the best customer service. as soon as you pull in the parking lot that are going to be people talking back and forth across vehicles across the parking lot like they've known each other forever it's like family. You'll love it.just because it's maybe a little bit smaller Dollar general store does not mean I have any less than the bigger ones and the quality of their products is great quality not the lower-end stuff that you find in the other Dollar general stores. also, don't forget to download your digital coupons before you go you won't be sorry

Not that I dislike my store but they need help. Of all the DGs in our area this store is the filthiest and most unorganized. The back of the store is a mess and it's hard to find things. Dont have a cart ur pushing around because it's impossible to do so in the back of the store. Get my store some help!

Worst Dollar General ever!! Michele the store manager is a rude racist. I'm pretty sure she just pocketed the cash I paid for my order with. Really scraping the bottom of the barrel with this person. I'm glad we were only passing through, otherwise wouldn't want to upset her black hood.

We stopped there earlier in the week and was totally shocked by how rude and crude the employees were to customers and the other workers. The biggest racists I have been around in many years. We usually shop at our local Dollar General and was surprised at how racist and crude even the manager, Michelle was.

Store is never properly stocked. I always end up having to go somewhere else to get what I need. Employees, for the most part, are nice though.

Great service in and check out but on the receipt it tell you to enter sweepstakes which I attempt always and it won't let me finish it bc it keeps asking for valid email and will not accept my own

Very nice store to get in and out quickly this is not a large store so they have the basics and usually it's Dollar General name brand

The people there so nasty bad attitude they had some germX on the dollar aisle once I got it up there they hauling about $1.50 so I told the lady and she going to tell me where it's not a dollar it's not my fault they had it on the wrong Aisle so I told them they can keep it if they put it on the wrong Aisle they supposed to give it to you for whatever price they have
