We love to stop by this place when we head down south. Breakfast is one of my favorites.The staff at this location is always nice and courteous. Thanks for the awesome service.This location is a newer location.Restrooms clean and restaurant is clean.

The Wards root beer was top-notch. Loved that. Had sweet tater fries and was pleased. It's not my typical place to eat yet a friend offered so... had shakes in past and enjoyed it too.

It was late and we haven't been to one since 1990, in Fla. So, we got a Cheeseburger meal, special ordered, I love the ice, and the cup to keep it cold.The casher working window, had the best attitude, so sweet. Not good with names, she was a older lady, small brown hair, we visited the one on Hwy 57, in Vancleave, Ms. I was given a box of chocolate s just before , not able to eat sweets. I asked if she could have them, she replied yes, and I know she shared, I hope they like them.

We always enjoy Ward's in Vancleave. The people are always very nice and prompt. I love their chili cheese burgers and fries. Their chili dogs are wonderful as well. Their burger is the best of all fast food joints, and they are cheaper in most cases.Parking: About 30 spots and spaced to get in and out easilyWheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible. With the concrete ramped and easy to use.

This was my first time at a Wards Restaurant. The staff were super friendly toward me. The food was super fast, like I walked into the restroom after ordering and came out and it was ready fast! I am sure it was under the heating lamps waiting on a customer, but it tasted pretty good overall. I paid almost 25 dollars (2 piece catfish dinner and a double burger meal) for all that in my photo, it was a little high for fast food but I totally understand that everything has went up under the idiot we have in office ..Biden-nomics. After driving all day to see friends, this food definitely hit the spot! I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area!

Had a friend stop and get me lunch because I am at work. She always gets me unsweetened tea. Today is was sweet again. This is not the first time this has happened either. My chili cheeseburger was hard as a rock and the union rings were so soggy. But I can't take it back because I'm at work. It doesn't take much to give good service and hot food that we pay outrageous for. Won't be back cause it's a waste of money

40$ for a sandwich and 2 plates that the burger wasn't even cooked all the way through and cold place was good at one point and just went downhill fast.. fries were burnt and tasted like dirt.

I don't normally stop at these types of places and eating here one night, reminded me why. My daughter and I were in a hurry so needed something quick.I guess if fast food burgers are your thing, you'd probably enjoy it. It's quick, simple, bland... but not as cheap as I expected it to be. Two 1/4 combos totaled almost $19.

Food was as expected. Root beer was terribly flat. Service was mediocre at best. I ordered two things and before I could finish the rest of my order she told me my total and walked away from the speaker/microphone of the drive thru. Have been multiple times and the service has always been sub par.

I’ve had breakfast and dinner so far since they opened. Food is decent. Doesn’t take too long to get your order. Figured there would be a few issues since it was the first week open but haven’t had any during my visits.*Note- Their to-go cups will color your hands yellow because the moisture causes the yellow to come off the cup.

Food was good but the short haired blonde district manager has a bad attitude. When I asked if they were serving breakfast her reply was “unfortunately”. And I had tomatoes on a wrap which I had asked for them to be left off and took it to the counter for them to turn their backs and removed the tomato slices but the juice was still all over the chicken.

Kept hearing everyone talk about how delicious this place is, so we went. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my bun was twice as big as my chicken. The nachos were disgusting. The kids chicken strips meal comes with 1 piece of chicken. My husband got a burger with chili and cheese. He couldn't even finish it. The bite I took, I had to spit out. Will not be going back.

I've always loved the root beer, but lately it's been tasting like medicine. Chili cheese burgers are the best, but the last 2 times they have been dry. PB cookies are tasteless. I know they can do better...

I was excited to get a chicken wrap today. For almost $4.00 I expected two whole tenders to be in the wrap. Imagine my surprise when I opened it, had to dig around for chicken, and realized it was the equivalent of one small tender cut into 5 cubes with half of the breading off. I may eat there again but the wrap was a rip off.

I was so looking forward to a big one combo and I got to the drive up and ordered. I ordered a big one combo with root beer drink and was told that they were out of their signature root beer and Coca-Cola. So I got a sweet tea. Mind you the sign stated the combo is $6.99 but the young ladies at the window takes it upon themselves to upsale without authorization. So, then you try to be nice and just pay it the the higher price and then you finally get home and your big one is not even what it supposed to be. It is just hard bun with meat, cheese and mustard. This was such a let down and just disappointing all the way around.
