Unprofessional- Had an appt at 730. Arrive and call the number on door (as requested) at 727. They come to the door and advise they are ready to take our two pups for their appt. Receive a text with wrong name about not dropping them off early, so we picked them up. When we spoke to her she only bragged about having 3k clients. Quality has steadily went down hill since we first started using and apparently so has their scheduling abilities, if three minutes is such a big issue, after the employees advised they were ready and opened the door. It took them all day to groom them normally. I left a great groomer to give a local groomer a chance. I’ll gladly go out of my way for someone not to take all day and not be so unprofessional over three minutes. Best of luck to you and your 2998 clients.

Meghan & her staff are so good with my girls. Very reasonable prices & they are always so friendly. My little DaisyMae before & after her grooming. She was definitely needing a good grooming by The Dirty Dog. 😁❤️🐾

I highly recommend The Dirty Dog! Pumpkin works as a therapy dog and Meghan is the best groomer. She always has pumpkin looking her best for work.

My three furbabies have been going to Meghan for several years now and I won’t take them anywhere else! All three of mine have different personalities and anxiety levels but Meghan goes above and beyond to make sure they are all comfortable and happy while they are there. She takes her time and really gets to know each of her clients. 100% recommend!!

Took my dogs today for a nail trim. This is the second visit for one dog and first visit for the other. One dog tolerates getting her nails done and the other one hates it. Right off I told them that if they didn’t want to do them, I totally understand and would not hold it against them. They were so patient with both of my dogs and did a fantastic job. Highly highly recommend.

Miss Megan helped my family tremendously! I just moved to Alabama and needed to have my dog in boaring for 45 days on last minute notice. I couldn't find any affordable place and most of them wouldn't take or were already full. After asking a lot of people, we took our dog to the humane society in Alabama, they told me that they couldn't take my dog neither. I busted out in tears, until someone told me about miss Megan and The Dirty Dog. I cried on the phone with her, and immediately she calm me down telling me that she would take my Joy * that's my dog's name BTW *We drove 1hour to her place, and I was so scared and sad to leave my Joy with someone that I never saw before.After the 45 days, we came to pick up my baby, and she was happy and healthy as we left her ❤️She were so great with everything that we left Joy with her for another 45 days again!Thank you so much miss Megan and the rest of the crew for loving on my Joy the way you did!

I have an elderly Golden Retriever named Bo’sun and his fur had gotten in bad shape. Thankfully they were super sensitive to his needs as an elderly dog. He also looks awesome 😎. They were able to keep his beautiful tail and ears long, while shaving him down. Not all groomers are good at that.

Ms. Megan and her crew are a God send to "The Cleave". She does a fantastic job on baths, cuts, and general upkeep of our pet. She genuinely cares about all pets dog and cat. Her prices cannot be beat, and her work ethic cannot be challenged. I like the fact she speaks her mind the goes on with her business without grudges. A true Professional in my opinion. Ms. Megan looks out for all God's creatures and does heaps behind the scenes. And best of all our puppy loves her alot! Thank You Dirty Dog!

Do not understand the appointment system. If your pet has an appointment at 0930, why does it take 7 and half hours to get them completed? This is the third time and will be the last time we take our pets to The Dirty Dog LLC.

Easy to set up the appointment, however, when I arrived to drop off my dog no one was there. I called, knocked and no one answered. Disappointed that no one called me back after msg was left.
