One register open with w people there they changing register out with customers in the store with no security any where I had 4 items waited almost 30 min with 5 people ahead of me with less than 10 items

Literally anytime there is some rain they always close down it is only 12 o’clock and they have their doors locked and nobody up there. Only reason that it pisses me off is because it’s the only store we have in town.

You'd have to drive 500 miles to find a worst Dollar General. The management needs to be replaced with someone that treats regular customers better.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSTMGR CLOSED THE ONLY PROPERLY WORKING REGISTER AT 9:25 REQUIRING CASH ONLY.THEY'RE TOTALLY CLUELESS IF A COUPON DOESN'T LOAD, SO YOU LOSE $5.OO WITH NO RECOURSE.WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY TELL YOU TO SPEAK TO THE ABSENTEE MANAGER!I SHOP IN RAYMOND WHERE THE STORE IS WELL KEPT AND THE REGISTERS WORK EVEN THOUGH IT'S MUCH FARTHER AWAY.

Too much carts in aisle to get down each row. Overstock carts or just stuff that needed to be put out. Very friendly cashier best I've seen in a long time. Way better then store in Vicksburg on 61south.

The personnel in the store are great. The managers are courteous, and the gentleman that handles shelf stocking is very helpful. However- the wait times in this store are OUTRAGEOUS! Since our grocery store closed, this is the only game in town. This leads to everyone within 5-10 miles using this store. We might be out in the middle of the country, but that’s quite a lot of folks using the same store. It’s not uncommon to walk into the store - spend five minutes or less getting what you need and standing in line for up to 15 minutes. There’s only ever one person on the register, even though there are three registers in the store. Why did corporate choose to put three registers in the store if they aren’t going to utilize them? The only reason that I go to Dollar General now is if I am just in dire need of something or forget to grab it while I’m in Jackson or Vicksburg. I’ve been into a lot of these stores, and this is by far the most busy I’ve seen within an hour or two drive from here. This store is making a killing, please hire a couple more folks to help out. The other issue with the store is that the aisles are always blocked with those rolling racks that are used for stocking. I mean, these things block 3 to 4 aisles at a time, and even the back wall aisle. At times I have needed things from some of these aisles and just chosen not to purchase them due to all the stuff in the way. I think this is due to the fact the store has insufficient storage in the back for these items. I’ve seen their storage area in the back open, usually when a truck is parked outside, so I’m guessing they are hauling stuff in and out. That little place is exactly that, little! And there’s absolutely no room for anything back there. In closing, corporate needs to support these hard-working folks at the store, and support our community by providing a quicker service.

Just newly remodeled but the store is STILL a DISASTER! you have to hunt for an employee to ring u up, and the shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY.You would think with the store receiving as much traffic as this one they would have more regular deliveries. Or maybe instead of hiding on an aisle to talk on the phone employees could actually restock the shelves.. this store is sad even with the small improvement of a remodel.

Store was cluttered. I was not greeted as I walked in. There was trash all over outside. I picked up a cheese stick out of the cooler and it had mold on it and was out of date!!! Just completely put off with the appearance and shopping experience.

Shelves are empty and boxes are always lining the isles. A few there work hard and are friendly,but some need people skills. The store is in a good location and very well needed. Just need shelves stocked.

Where do I start?? This store is a blessing and a curse. Its currently the only store we have in Utica. However, whenever I make a trip in, it is a disaster. The appearance of the store is ALWAYS despicable! One can barely maneuver the aisle as there are always large wheeled bins of merchandise waiting to be shelved. Meanwhile, the shelves are empty or filled with spider webs and large spiders!! There is always one employee that is visible and average wait time in line is 8-12 minutes or longer!I’m very grateful for the store but some major improvements need to be made.

It always looks like they're stocking up items. It's so chaotic and messy in every isle. There are always stocking crates in the way. Place is just a mess. Service is decent.

The isles are always covered with boxes, lines are always long with one cashier, and they never have anything you need. I don't see it's purpose for being in Utica. I set in my truck a whole hours waiting on them to open. I left at 9:20, and the store still was not open.There were three workers there Who couldn't get in either..This just plain ridiculous. They should be trusted with a key to get in just like the Manager since she got other priorities...

Thanking God for this life saving place since we don't have a grocery store here in Utica, Mississippi. They can't keep food on the shelves because we're always buying them out. Trucks have reload every 2 days.

At night if you need to go there before they close buy something there people hang out parking lot watches you in out your car follow you in store make my wife feel like there going Rob her people should go into store or sit in car not hand or stand around out side

Aisles are always full of product waiting to be shelved, so you have to try to figure out how to get from one side of the store to the next. I mean, sometimes the aisles are completely blocked

It is filthy. I couldn't even go down the isle with my buggy. This is the only store that we have. The elderly cannot even go in there because it is so tight though the isles. They would probably trip and fall before they can get what they need.
