The quality of meat, home grown fruit and vegetables can't be beat! The beautiful thing about a small town grocery store is they carry such an eclectic array of specialty items as well as 25lb. bag of rabbit food.

I always love going to Piggly Wiggly. While growing up we had one in my hometown but it closed down for reasons I don't know. That was in Texas but since then I've seen them all over the place including Alabama and Mississippi and just you know love going into one of those and the people are down to earth it's not real commercialized it's just a blast from the past. Hopefully they stay around however as the prices go up for everything they are having to raise their prices on their products. We should all support small chains such as these.

Nice store but the isles are extremely narrow making it very hard to navigate around the store, especially when they are putting out new product. Prices are comparable if you like to spend local or avoid driving 15 miles for a few items. The selection could be better but that require more room.

I believe in keeping my money being spent locally and as close to home as possible in order to assure our small businesses survive. More importantly, this is only so if the business strives for the best in quality customer service and care. Thankfully, all of our small town businesses, in our great town of Union, care greatly for the patrons loyalty and make service and care top priority. I truly find that Piggly Wiggly saves me money on my grocery needs each time I shop. Thanks for being a great business and keep up the good work.

The store was clean and the products were organized and conveniently located. I was impressed with the variety of goods they have to offer. They have items I never ran across in most grocery stores. If you go grocery shopping and you have to be ticky and picky you might ought to go the "Picky Wicky."

The employees are generally awesome. Most are very friendly and willing to help. Baggers will carry your groceries out, and load into your vehicle. The prices aren't bad, sure Walmart might be cheaper on some things, but Pig has better cuts of meat, a pick 5 for 2o, and much better staff (plus you don't have to drive far if your in the union area). The downside (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), the size of the store. The aisles are narrow, so if you use a buggy, be aware if you need to pass someone it's a very tight fit. Selection isn't bad, but again there is an issue of space. Overall I love the Pig, it's way better than some of the other small grocery stores price wise.

When I Was Growing Up In The 1960s I Remember Piggly Wiggly Supermarket In San Antonio Texas, You Use To Get Five Full Grocery Bags For Under $20.00 That Would Keep A Family In Food For A Month, Now That Those Prices Are Gone And Inflation Took Over Prices Are Gone For Good
