Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, we purchased a zero turn mower almost two years ago and we took it for the switch that releases the blades to be fixed almost a year ago. So I’ve been calling them and they keep saying they will call us back and they never have. So I called today and I was told that the service tag was “faded “ and they didn’t know who it belonged to but that it was ready. I told him that I had been calling for almost a year and kept being told that I would be called right back but that never happened. I am very disappointed in the service.

I have been a customer since 1981 and have always been treated very well by the employees. There has been rarely an item that I need that they did not have, but they can usually supply me with information where to get it. I recommend the Walthall County Co-Op to anyone that needs their service.

The only thing that gave me pause was the attitude of the front desk. I felt uncomfortable. I don't use them regularly, just in a pinch.
