The guy who works here definitely holds up to the company name “Southern Charm”. I’ve had to come here on two different times and felt so lost each time during my time of bereavement. He was patient, empathetic, and sympathetic and guided me to what I was looking for in person and over the phone. Delivery was fast and the flower arrangements were so beautiful!! This type of customer service means a lot and definitely makes a difference ❤️

Just received a beautiful floral arrangement with a delightful Christmas theme. The milk bucket vase with the sentimental cardinal will be a wonderful keepsake. Unexpected pick me up for maw maw. Absolutely gorgeous!
