Friday my plumber said I needed a tub for Monday morning to finish the top out in my new construction home. I called every supply house around Baton Rouge and no one had a Jacuzzi tub the size that I needed. I called Luters and they had multiple choices in stock at very good prices.They even filled the tub and ran it for me to check for leaks and proper operation. An AWESOME experience. I will be back to buy more items from them.

While they may have a very large selection of tubs and such there I was extremely disappointed to see multiple Jacuzzi brand tubs there with a build date from 2009! I was there for over an hour looking at what they have and not once was I approached or talked to by the staff. Almost everything there looks like something out of a doublewide so this is not the place I would go for new construction. The pics are of two Jacuzzis in the front of the store from 2009 and one nicer unit by Clarke that was in the back.

In search of a walkin tub, preparing for the golden years, we shopped and shopped local facilities and big box stores. Horrible experience with one led us to not even reconsider using a box store again. Took the ride to Luters, and had a totally great experience. They had what we wanted in stock, and recommended great installers. Within 3 weeks we had the tub that we wanted finished off and ready to use.

While they may have a huge show room, the prices are absolutely ridiculous! Wasted half a day driving 3 hours to spend 20 minutes in the store. Lowe’s and Home Depot offer some of the same tubs for far less. Even if you have to special order, it’s much cheaper. They actually had a plain deep stainless steel sink for nearly 1,200.00. One of the same tubs I found at Lowe’s for less than 300.00 was priced at nearly 800.00 there. How they are still in business is beyond me! And as a previous reviewer stated, most look cheap as if they came from a mobile home manufacturer. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the showroom itself.

Mr. Dean was very helpful in making my decision on which tubs and toilet's and toilet seats to purchase along with faucet and fixtures. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I went here based on a recommendation from a friend of mine and I am glad that I went.

We were really unimpressed looking for a shower. Small selection of box store showers priced a little higher. They did seem to have a large selections of very nice tubs so maybe worth the drive for that. You are directed to sign in by door signage & again by instore signage & again as you walk to the counter. Kinda quirky little place but the fella was polite. Not the huge showroom we had imagined.

The best place on God's green Earth to shop for bathtubs n showers as Luther's has the largest display of tubs n showers in the world. Nobody near or far has a larger showroom for this n you can wal around them, heck get inside them so you know what your choices appearances really are before you buy them. Luter's also has many other building materials such as electrical wire n connectors outlets switches etc. n plumbing supplies too. Its bigger than you can imagine.

This is the, not better half, but other half of Bill and Lisa. We have had a bidet in our home since 2008, when my husband bought it at Luter's Supply. Some time ago, I broke the diverter valve, and it stayed broken for some time, therefore just making it something I would have to clean. Not even thinking of where we got it, I searched high and low for a replacement. After a year of searching, I contacted Luter's. Not only did they know what I needed, instantly, but Dean ordered it, under warranty, just because we got it from them.I didn't know why my parents were faithful Luter's customers, for years, until dealing with them, personally. They are Knowledgeable of their products, friendly, and stand by their products. It was well worth the drive, to visit their showroom. Thank you, Dean and Luter's for your help. The bidet was working that evening!

Great customer service and staff. I had an issue with a shower wall and they replaced it with out any problems. The owner Max Luter took personal care of the issue and made sure everything was taken care of with several follow up phone calls. Would highly reccommend.

Not sure what to say, they keep a good stock of plumbing and electrical parts especially old stuff that rare to find anywhere else. Also a good selection of tubs and showers. Bring a lunch when you come........and a chair. This place isn't exactly like a fine wine or anything. Experience has always been decent.

I had to find a handicap shower for my grandparents and they went out of their way to help me out. They found the right size shower for us, and installed the handicap seat and hand rails for us. It turned out great.
