Customer service is top notch! Went in for the Seresto Flea Collar, it was on sale(that was a plus) and asked about dog food. Well the sweet lady was helpful and knowledgeable and gave a 5lb bag of TSC brand dog food for free to see if our finicky pup would like it. Thank you for all the helpful information!!!

While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!

First time visiting this location. The store's exterior and interior are both well organized, clean, and fully stocked. There's a nice variety of products that are easy to locate but if you need any assistance the staff are really helpful and easy to approach as well as relate to which are the best qualities for any business. The prices seemed reasonable but unfortunately it seems that my memory has not changed with the times and so I often find myself disappointed in the current costs for "things." I genuinely feel like I am like what I assume it's like to have grown from the depression era to today's currency lol!! Anyway, this store is also simply fun to meander through the isles "window" shopping 😁. I especially enjoyed the home and yard decor in addition to the "Love" brand of dog collars and other accessories that are displayed next to the registers and exit.

I came to TSC to get a fly trap and some bug spray one evening after work. As soon as I walked in Pam or Jan, I can’t remember exactly, greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. I told her what I needed and explained that I had recently rescued and was fostering a pregnant dog! The dog had 9 puppies a week after I rescued her and I needed the fly trap and spray for their outside pen and dog house. She took me right to what I needed and also gave me free puppy pads for the puppies!! Such a huge help and some of the best service I’ve received anywhere! She truly went above and beyond!

Absolutely the worst Tractor Supply I've been in. Not once did any of sales associates come up to greet or ask if I needed help. When I asked for help with the mule gate system I was stared at like I had a 3rd eye. Will never set foot in this Tupelo location again.

When you need something for your farm or animals but don't want to bother with Home Depot, Tractor Supply is the place to go. They have more farm specialty items as well. The smaller footprint makes for a quick in and out visit usually. Note that if you buy pet food here, make sure you check the expiration date because they don't seem to do as much volume in those areas and the bags can sit a while.

Tractor Supply Co. In TUPELO, Mississippi is the place to go to get whatever farm supplies you might need. Helpful associates, good prices and a wonderful selection of goods. Love their hours of business also.

The cashier talking, they do not pay attention, there is no one to talk to you and the cashier everything I charge badly they do not know what is on offer and does not pay attention or in the prices marked on the product, it is a store that has everything but your employees are bad.
