The place stinks becuz they make cat food here. As other reviews, the loading takes long. Appt was at 8am got there 7.50am got on door 8.20am got loaded at 5pm. The wait is not bad if you getting paid detention. So make sure you ask for detention before Booking a load for here. No restrooms..

2nd time here, I don't understand the negative reviews. You pull in, get on scale, walk in get your weight ticket, drive around back, stop ar RxR tracks, walk in, give them your pick up number starts with PS, wait for a dock, they'll come and get you. On your way out, scale again and you're on your way.

It pays to READ ALL THE SIGNS that are posted when visiting for the first time. After I received my scale ticket, the check in time was incorrect. I pointed out the error to the shipping office, and the correction was made immediately. My appointment time was at 1 PM and my trailer was loaded at 2:30 PM. The staff was courteous and professional.

I read the reviews on this place, kinda didn't believe them but took them a whole day to load my trailer, the picture is the trailer loaded, it was loaded hours ago. Many hours later the guy in the shipping office acts like he doesn't know anything going on, they are trained here on what to say so come here when you planning on doing a reset don't come here with a full clock. Everyone working here in the shipping department needs to be fired and replaced, I've seen 4 omish children load a truck by hand with no forklift faster than these people. They have about 12 people working in shipping department warehouse and only 2 do anything

Welcome to 1969. I say this with all due respect. Please find a way to load truck drivers faster. All your employees are cool, but the system for loading trucks need to be updated to a faster process.Drivers as soon as you get there pull straight onto the scale and walk inside to receive your scale ticket. Then pull around back by the RXR tracks. & Walk into dock area to check in. Looks like first come first served. I arrived at 16:00pm & loaded at 21:00. They do let you use the scale to weigh your load. Truck stop around the corner to sleep at.

I've never had to jump through so many hoops for a drop and hook IN MY LIFE. This place makes International Paper look like a dream vacation. There's no signage anywhere, but after you *finally* complete your drop and hook you HAVE to go across the scale otherwise if you come back from Love's overweight they will give you a $250 fine. Nice to know! I had 41,1K lbs and I wasn't going to continue wasting time at this facility, but I sat on the scale. Then the girl who runs the scale house can't be bothered to get off her GD cell phone to handle business (both scaling in and out!!!) And all she says to me in a flippant way is "oh, you're okay." Then she sits down and screws around on her phone some more all the while ignoring me. I didn't get a piece of paper? What's the point of trying to fine anyone then when you can't back it up?They all assume you've been there before. It took me over an HOUR to complete my drop and hook. Normally it takes 10 min tops unless I run into a problem with my trailer. This place has so many people who have no idea how to manage themselves and it transfers to the drivers who are left wasting their clocks.

Great place! It took quite a while for my test, but the unloading itself was very fast!! Also, absolutely everyone there was very friendly and helpful, something I very much appreciate😊

I was 45 minutes late for my pickup appointment. As a result I was made to wait more than 10 hours to be “worked in” all the while they couldn’t get into their system due to month end. They didn’t bother to tell anyone that. We were just left to wonder. The people were nice but obviously don’t care about your DOT clock.

Supposed to be picking up a preloaded trailer. Paperwork is NEVER in the wall box. I always have to wait for someone to come out, unlock office and get paperwork. It is supposed to be in designated spot for each company. Three times in a row this has happened. I'd much rather go to the Red Bay, AL location.

Lord have mercy. My appointment time was 9am. I didn’t even get into a door til 2pm. Been sitting here now an hour and a half. Still not loaded. Staff is nice, but things move slow here. If you’re hourly, this is a nice spot to sit and chill. Even with detention I don’t want to be here any longer. At this point my clock will run out.Update after 5 hours sitting at a door.they stopped loading me due to a shift change. 3 pallets left..On top of that their computer system went down.Seriously avoid.

One of the worse warehouses I went to , came on my appointment they kept me parked for 3 and half hours then gave me a dock and kept me in there for 3 hours then finally when I went to the scale it’s over weight they doubled stocked for no reason when half of the tralier is empty so I came back to the same dock for another 2and half hours it was a horrible experience.

Apparently, having an appointment time doesn't matter with these folks. 2 trucks in front of me in line and only one dock opened. Waited over 4 hours, they finally started opening the other docks and then pulled the truck behind me into the dock. Made a call to the broker, they came and got me into a dock, loaded me and I was out before the other trucks. The guy who loaded me said day shift just left us out there for second shift to load. Not winning any stars from me.

Had a 1300 appointment arrived at 1230 left at 2035. Moral of the story stay away if you can the wait just messed up the rest of my week. The lady that loaded me was nice but everything else was horrible.

I got there at 11:30 my appt. Was 12 I checked in was told to go wait in truck and someone would come get me when they wanted me at the dock need less to say it didn't happen until 2nd shift came in @3 and that took 4 more hours by the time I got to the dock I wasn't able to take the load will never go back

Once you hit the dock, your loaded in about 1 to 1.5 hrs. Please don't be late they will put you as a work in. Check in time starts when give them the correct pick up number. Pick up number starts with ( PS ) find and have this number ready if your running a little behind.

Lines to get loaded make take awhile. Arrived at 1:15 in the afternoon finally loaded and able to leave at 9:10 pm. Take your snack with you. This happens a lot. People are friendly.

They close at 1500Dont know what you people are talking about with 6, and 7 PM appointments.Overnight parking for one or two trucks. If and only if there isn't too many dropped trailers.Had a Friday appointment that I couldn't make because of the shipper. Backed in and unloaded as soon as I checked in.

I called the day earlier, was told they could not load me that night. But to come in at 7am and they would squeeze me in since they knew what load # and was ready for me. So I waited 12 hrs over night at the truck stop. Came in at 7am the next day. Went on the scale, checked in all was good. About noon was asked to leave and come back at about 4pm. So I did at 7pm they put me in a door. Its now 11pm and they are only 1/2 done loading me. And to the guy who posted, I don't know why truckers are saying bad things. I'll bet you would not like being in the heat, nothing to eat or drink for 17 freeking hours. All because they take their sweet time.

what the issue to keep the drivers over 8h from the appt time, and still not loadedhow you want the driver to be on time for delivery, if they waste all the driving hours at the shipper??!!!!not acceptable at all!

Avoid this place. We had an appointment to get loaded at 2pm, the driver was there until 9:45pm. If you have some sort of an appointment for delivery avoid getting loaded here, you will miss it.

I have just checked in. And everyone is friendly.. first time here and they have been very kind..Well to add this review. To everyone who post a bad review.. your reviews have heard.. and change has happen..I read all the reviews yesterday. And called my load manager to get off the load.. but we was booked on the load. And had to come here anyway..When I arrived early. Had to wait for the office to open. To get weighed in. Now at the door and getting loaded.Sometimes we as drivers.. think we not heard or yes we have a bad experience. Today it all changed from what I thought was going to be bad.. so don't be affarid to come here..I have been driving for 20years..so I know a location is bad when I meet the people I have to encounter.They did turn over and trying to turn it around..Way to go sunshine.. thankful to new supervisor and the team he has behind him...keep up the great work on making your company a place. We as drivers would like to return again.TogetherEeveryoneAccomplishesMoreIt took one hour to load. My appt.was for 6pm tonight..

Arrived at 1200 CST. Appt is at 1700 CST. It is 1915 CST. Still not in a door. Have 0700 Delivery time and 163 miles to get there. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DRIVERS OR THERE NEED TO DELIVER ON TIME.

Worst place ever. Get here at 5pm for 6:30pm appt. They put me in a door at 7:00pm waitl till 7:40 to tell me that my reefer trailer was wet and that they couldn't load me. Told me to go dry it and come back b4 9pm if i wanted to get loaded today.so i pulled out of dock climb inside trailer and took a towel and dry the 10 small drops of water on my chute. I went back inside told them "where you guys talking about the drops of water on the chute?" He said " yes and by the way you will not get detention do to trailer being wet. We only get 2hrs from appt to load you. And i will have to work you in. Lol .. i told him i could had dried that while in the dock.. a cup of ice has more moisture than what the chute had . i finally get in the door and they proceed to load me guess what i see when i go inside because they are taking so long. Yes! The order was getting put together... so basically all that bs so they wouldn't have to pay detention because load was not ready.... smh worst place ever. Stay away! I never leave reviews this is my first time thats how bad this place is.... 0 stars

One star because I can't give them 0 I arrived at 9am my appointment time I recieved a door 11:30 I'm currently still in the door and it's 12:31 I'll probably be done at 1:30 I'm guessing im here to update my review i been back a few times and each experience has been better they load me alot quicker i definitely dont mind coming here now

They were absolutely horrible. The shipping office should have an assault charge for hitting my husband with the door after tearing up our on time check in paperwork. Stating he does not give a @#$&! What time we arrived, that we would have to be a work in ! We left the facility empty and are contacting the BBB and our attorney.

This place it’s a joke, app at 1pm, check in at 12:15pm , door at 1:30 pm, 6pm and my trailer is just half loaded. KEEP OUT FROM THIS PLACE DRIVERS!!!! Never again!!!

I was skeptical about the reviews and almost canceled my load. My appointment was at 1pm. I got there at 12pm. They were going to lunch then. But as as soon as they got back, they gave me a door and I was out of there within an hour.
