I ordered through the app for my groceries to be delivered March 18th. That day came and I saw a car parked for minutes in front of my apartment. A person got out the vehicle without the groceries and began knocking on my door. I didn't answer it and the individual stayed knocking, even trying the door knob. The person left two messages on my phone and didn't leave until almost 15 minutes later. I called the store and was told to call the 800 number to cancel the order. It was cancelled with the help of the assistant however, when I looked on my debit card app there wasn't even a pending charge. Make it make sense?!? I won't be giving this place my business anymore.

Today I went to Sam's to pick up a few things. Store was clean that was the best part. I am handicapped and need an electric cart I don't bring one. There were none in the store at least 5 outside I found one came in the store. And told the greeter (never saw the lot attendant) later I had to use the bathroom (electric carts can't get in the bathroom) had to find a shopping cart so I could use the restroom. An employee helped me her name was Tee other employees just walked past. I don't feel you public restrooms are handicapped accessibleI was very upset by this. It was very belittling to me . Needless to say I cut my trip to Sam's short

I drop my wife off and wait till she calls and then pick her up at the load and pick up special lane and it is very helpful. I'd say she only takes around 30 minutes or a little more. She gets in a little earlier because she has an up graded Sam's đź’ł. We only need to go every 2 weeks or so buy buying in bulk. She still can find stuff cheaper at other stores. Some folks are good at that. Not me. Went and got a few things today,Sam's was busy today.

Whoever is the shift manager and the store manager they should be immediately fired !! The restrooms were very horrible. This is not my first time at this Sams , and it is always in this condition. I tried my best not to complain. However, how can you fix the problem if you don't publicly complain.Toilets not working or stool or urine sitting in an unflushed toilet. Even worse urine all on the floors. The urinals need to be replaced because they are always broken. Not to mention that it is never clean in the men's restroom with no paper towels or soap.The GM needs to be suspended! For not doing pop-ups to check on the condition of the store. This is not what SAM WALTON WOULD WANT TO SEE WALKING INTO ONE OF HIS STORES. Remodel the darn thing and then make it mandatory that every 15 minutes, they are being checked .I'm coming back in 30 days, and if these things aren't fixed, I'm calling the health department while doing a story for social media and then corporate. The only good thing about that day were the pizza......

I have been a member of this Tupelo MS Sam’s Club since the late 2000’s. I have never had any issues until 2022, now into 2023. My first complaint would be from my experience in May 2022. I went into the store and spoke with two different people to place an order for a tray of cookies, a fruit tray, and a vegetable tray for my nieces high school graduation party. At the time I placed the orders the party was a week away and I provided my name and phone number. I tried to call for 2 days before the scheduled pick up day, to verify my order would be ready. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. So on the day of pick I was told they only had a fruit tray. I was told they don’t make vegetable trays and that they were out of an ingredient to make the cookies so no cookie tray. I can understand all of these explanations. I can’t understand however the fact that I could not have been told when I placed my order that they don’t make vegetable trays. Nor can I understand that no one called me before I came to pick up my order that it couldn’t all be done. I would have understood and would have tried other options to get what I needed for my nieces party. But no, none of that happened and I was left scrounging at the last minute to provide the food I said I would for my nieces party. No apology from Sam’s staff just a we can’t help you. And Here’s the fruit tray if you want it. It took me several months before I would go back and shop at this Sam’s Club. I have been treated this way twice more and never again. I will be canceling my membership. I can’t believe the lack of customer service and straight up disrespect from the staff at this store. I have never once been ugly to any staff member during my issues with them. I have let them know my issues and unhappiness with how things were handled and just got a I don’t care attitude back. The last issue was yesterday and when I called to cancel my pickup order because my husband waited for 2 hours after arriving on time to pickup and never received anything, I was told my ordered would automatically be cancelled if not picked up. I explained we tried to pick up the order but never received anything after waiting 2 hours. The girl on the phone was just like yeah your order will automatically cancel if not picked up but I’ll notate you want to cancel. I said okay. Then in a very snarky and sarcastic tone she told me to have nice day ma’am. My order of $317 dollars still has not been cancelled nor refunded.

If his the one in Tupelo we went in for a whole pizza 2 hours before they closed the guy said they only have pepperoni and 2 cheese and they needed that for he window so I am glad that extra dollar really means a lot to the people here I think any other store I ever been to if you ask for something they sell it how likely is it you going to sell both of those 2 full pizza their drink section none of them work it took about 20 people before he went out to start fixing them tables were all dirty the lady did clean them after I asked like if two people there one should be keeping that area clean and stocked not very many napkins either so yea I will not be stopping there for food or drink going or coming back from my brother

We are required to have a sams club membership with all the people we have in our house. LolIt makes it much easier to buy things at a sale price in bulk. Along with the sams cash you can earn while shopping. The membership legitimately pays for itself. Way to may perks to mention honestly. The employees are always friendly. This place is always clean. Bathrooms are very well maintained as well.

Very helpful people at the store, it wasn't clear why I wasn't able to add money to my existing fuel card but in the end came to find out that you can only have a maximum of $500 on the fuel card. Card. We use the fuel card as we travel because it prevents us from having to restart the pumps at the gas pump two or three times when we have to get over $150 of fuel for our RV.

They charged me for an extra energy drink and when I came back in, one big black girl said she’ll refund me “this time” but she won’t do it next time as if she was doing me a favor. She caught the worst attitude like it was my fault. Lose some weight my friend and stop being angry at the world.

Usually have a good experience at Sam’s club but yesterday I bought a 110 foot members mark five eights inch hose to use with a new hot water pressure washer. It doesn’t mean the hose has to be hot the pressure washer once the hose delivers the water heats it up and put it through a high-pressure hose. I’ll simple enough, so I’m washing the heavy truck that we have and I notice a huge drop in the water pressure and the pressure washer start to smoke. I asked my son to go check the hose at the other end and see if the waters gotten turned off and he says no. The end of the hose just blew off…… almost 10 minutes of use and this hose is no good. Beware . Members Mark is not the quality used to be.

New members. The lady at service desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to get me enrolled. During checkout I couldn't use my new approved account. Checkout girl tried she was nice enough, but manager came over to help and acted like he could care less. 280.00 worth of merchandise just sitting there. Fortunately for me, the sweet lady that enrolled me saw my situation when coming back from break and saved the day. She saved Sam's.

Sams always has plenty of all kinds of things. However, avoid the Saturday before college move-in day. It was so crowded! We love the Scan and Go app because no waiting in line! Best thing ever!

Ordered online and picked-up next day. It was two large storage cabinets for garage. We got contactless curbside pickup,we let them know we was there with the app and they had it out to us within 5 minutes. This all took place at 7:10 in the morning,the store doesn't open for regular business till 8 but pick up orders are ready at 7 if you choose.I have zero issues with the transaction. Looking forward to the scan and go option in store. Just scan it as you shop,pay on phone and out the door. Hope it goes that smoothly.

This club has terrible customer service. Raven wouldn't provide her last name or her manager's, who she claims is LaGrante, also no last name. They refused to give a refund or even a gift card when my mom tried to return Member's Mark green beans, which, by the way, are completely inedible. We bought a total of 4 cases, so with tax, it would have been around $30. I'm just baffled that this has happened and will not ever recommend this store unless they do some major changes in management. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Even though I ALREADY have a card , I could have been here for a 1st time experience to buy a card . COMMON SENSE would dictate, IF you’re not a member you OBVIOUSLY can’t purchase goods.

Love Sam's Club. Great store. However the Scan and Go app is down and the lines are as long as lines at Christmas. Plus it is taking an extremely long time to check each person out. Had I known I wouldn't have bothered to load up my cart. When the app works it is amazing. When it doesn't it is a nightmare.

First off no carts. Absolutely none. They were left outside in the rain. Walked from car to store then had to walk back out. Also had to wipe them down before my daughter could ride in it. That's fine whatever....I get it short staffed or busy. But when my daughter had to use the restroom🤮. It was beyond disgusting. Sanitary napkins all over the floor and they were used. Blood all over the toilets. Smelled like a sess pool. I literally gagged. Obviously we didn't use them. Please please please get them together.

We go 2 -3 times a month and can normally find everything or close to everything we need. They were out of several items this time but the employees were very helpful. I know times are hard so if this was the worst I've experienced then they are doing wonderful.
