My puppy was super happy when I got her back! I could tell she had a good time. Even though the blow dryer scared her a little, she still enjoyed it! her fur is super soft and smells good so she has been getting all the snuggles and is loving the attention!

My Lab mix had an appointment with Petco grooming on 7/26/21. There was a young man & young lady there to assist with cleaning my pet. Although they were very nice, my dog wasn't (in my opinion & observation) cleaned at all. There was hair everywhere when he entered back into my car & it only smelled as though they sprayed him with scents instead of a thorough clean. We ended up getting a refund due to that so if anyone in headquarters or supporting cast is reading this, please reach out to the grooming dept. in Tupelo, MS to let them know that it's important to actually do their job with care for not only the pet but the owners. Thanks!

My dog has a gash on her neck. I picked her up throwing up and direah. She was not dropped off in this condition. I was then handed my dog damp with a towel with your staff telling me they were sorry sometimes something could just all a sudden trigger a dog to get stressed like she did. I was then handed a 70.00 grooming bill for a damp dog that didn't look like she had been to the groomer. I then had to take her home and bathe her again. Great grooming service.

The friendliness of the staff and the recommendation of product to by for my dogs dry skin which causes him to scratch alllllllll the time! Also, they had scheduled me initially for his appointment on 6.24.20 then called me on 6.20.20 and informed me of a cancellation on 6.21.20 which I jumped on....You have a great team grooming here in Tupelo....Your competitors should be jealous! I'm not related nor do I personally know them either. Great Job Tupelo!
