When you’re opening/starting a new business as I have been in the process of doing, your bandwidth is stretched to its max with all of the tasks that have to be completed.Michelle Williams at OFW took ALL of the office furniture and fixtures off my plate for me.I sent Michelle pictures of offices, reception area, conference room, break rooms, and my executive office. From the pictures I sent, she completely owned the challenge of outfitting my business with the most elegant and quality fixtures.I cannot praise Michelle and her level of customer service enough!She was extremely communicative, professional, personable, and most of all- HELPFUL!!!The delivery/set-up team was just as great.Very professional, courteous, and customer centric.I highly recommend Michelle and her company to anyone looking to outfit their new business or established businesses looking to give their current office a facelift!

Greetings! I am very happy with the customer service, professionalism, and creativity of Office Furniture Warehouse. I worked with Mrs. Michelle Williams and she is wonderful to work with. I'm very detailed and she was able to give me the exact look that I pictured for my LAW FIRM that serves the Veteran community! I sent her pictures and the layout of my law firm, and she actually designed a furniture layout for me. I drove from Memphis, TN to Tupelo, MS to look at everything she picked out before making the purchase. I'm so happy, they worked hard to make sure everything was delivered on time and before my VETERANS DAY GRAND OPENING!

My experience with Ofc Furniture Warehouse is a little different in that I have never been to the store or even purchased furniture there. However, when I was unable to find replacement parts for a broken hinge on a desk I purchased at a furniture store that is now closed, they graciously came to my rescue. They went above and beyond in getting the parts for me and then mailing them to me, as I live in another city close to 100 miles away. You just don't find business hospitality and generosity like that these days! Thank you Ofc Furniture Warehouse, and a special nod to Cheryl, who was my point of contact.

Worth the drive fromMemphis. Warehouse is well laid out and you can see all the inventory they have available since it’s not buried under other stuff or stacked on top of each other. Delivery to Memphis was efficient and arrived when they said they would. Good service and attentive staff, would recommend!

We had been looking for office furniture for months. We looked online and went to several places in town including Ashley's Furniture Store. My husband knew exactly what he wanted and it was like searching for a unicorn. We live in north Alabama and I saw Heather's post on Birmingham's FB Marketplace. Heather was very quick to answer all of my questions about availability, measurements, and pricing. Because of her professionalism and amazing customer service we decided to take the gamble. We absolutely LOVE it!! They delivered it earlier than originally quoted AND set it up for a very reasonable fee. We have absolutely no complaints and will order from them again in the future. The furniture is extremely well made and even more beautiful than in the pictures!

Michelle personally brought samples of chairs to the office for us to view. The guys that delivered our new chairs were super nice and helpful not only in getting the new chairs placed but also removing our old chairs. We live about 3 hours away. I saw the posts Heather made on FaceBook so we decided to drive over there to look around. Heather was absolutely terrific to work with! She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and laid everything out so I could get a visual of how the space would look. I was happy to find out that they would deliver to our area. We had the most amazing experience that started out with Michelle being so patient and accommodating. We were driving in from Memphis and couldn't get there before closing time. She stayed late just to help us even when our ETA kept getting later and later. When we got there she spent another hour or so patiently explaining our options and allowing us time to look around and pick out what we wanted. I don't think they could ever find a better office manager than Michelle (Give her a raise😉). Fast forward to delivery... The delivery guys were just as kind and professional. They came earlier than I expected (which was a plus), they carefully unloaded out furniture, they assembled everything, and even wiped everything down with furniture polish...like who does that!!! I would drive all the way to tupelo again before I use another furniture company. I will definitely be ordering from them again as we grow and will be referring them to as many people as I possibly can because they are definitely worth the drive. Oh and the furniture is GORGEOUS..so many styles and colors to choose from!

If you are anywhere near this place and need office furniture, it’s worth it. I found them on Facebook, so I was a bit suspicious. Found this place on Facebook marketplace, Heather Stiles messaged me back immediately, was crazy helpful & really knew her stuff. Heather even had blueprints of how the desks could be set up in my office and showed how much space It would take up. Most responsive customer service I can recall having. They had everything in stock when the 4 other companies I shopped with were on a 4-6 month back order. Also the prices were great compared to everyone else, and the furniture is solid & looks fantastic. My desks and conference table were exactly as they pictured and described them, delivery was exactly when promised - and I’m 3 hours away from them. Even the delivery guys were awesome.
