Horribly managed location. Employees are great, management makes bad choices. Items always out of stock, refuse to order specialty items, store layout decisions seem to get worse and worse, aisles always blocked by displays. And moving the carts to a spot that 100% blocks the sidewalk??? Do yourself a favor and go to the main street location. It smells like rotten meat, but manages a whole lot better.

I am a daily shopper and the Barnes crossing store they are friendly well stocked clean very nice shopping experience!

Kroger's prices have went up considerably. The app is super glitchy. I have never been able to do digital coupons. Stuff that is marked on sale is full price when rang up. However, good produce selection but you pay more. Self check out is very convenient & fast. Tend to have good sales but you must have the app working correctly at checkout. I only stop if they have something I can't get anywhere else like Hills Bros Double Mocha Cappuccino. Which is $6 almost here. Other flavors at competition no more than $3.75 but this is the only store for miles that carries this flavor. This Kroger is also very clean & usually well stocked unless it's a very discounted sale item. Don't know how people could only shop for groceries here due to higher prices on everything.

Meh...this Kroger has really gone downhill since the remodel. More often than not, I can't find what I am looking for even when it shows in-stock on the app.

You want buffalo roast or steaks, grassfed beef? Organic foods? This little gem of a Kroger is right in the heart of shopping heaven for NE Mississippi Tupelo mall at Barnes Crossing. Smaller store but chocked full of good eats! LOVE IT

Absolutely terrible. 7 or more customers prepaid for gas and then the pumps went down. The attendant says she doesn’t know what to do or how we should get our money back. The customer support line says they aren’t sure either. My bank statement says I just leant Kroger $50 along with the hundreds of dollars they just made off everyone else. What an unprofessional business from the top down. It’s not the last they’ll hear from me, thieves. Fast food chains have better training.

Almost always a good experience at Kroger, whether shopping in store or picking up. Employees are friendly. Good coupons and sales. Fuel points are great. And the pharmacy has been good.The only thing I don't like about shopping at this Kroger isn't even Kroger's fault -- it's the ridiculously long lines at Chick-Fil-A that are difficult to get around from either entrance unless you go through the Academy parking lot. I know Kroger can't do anything about it though and it won't stop me from shopping there.

They usually have products in stock, and the coupons on the app are helpful. This store, however, never seems friendly. Cashiers are usually too busy talking to other workers that they don't greet you or make any kind of small talk. Workers don't speak when they pass you, say hello when you walk in the door, or say thank you when you leave. Sometimes I don't care to talk to people and it's okay, but it's still nice to feel appreciated. This store acts like they'll be here forever so they don't even attempt.

I love Kroger. Its clean and the employees are very helpful .and I do get some good deals in there most of the time. Also I like that I can self check out if I want too. Most of the time I do .I don't care for the meats section getting so costly for me . I know that I'm not the only one that has made a comment about this . Other then that Kroger is one of my favorite stores.i give it a 4 1/2 stars 🤗

Lovely .me and my daughter's were on west main Kroger they wanted crab legs.the ones there legs were broken when they easy the man why he replied I don't know.so we loaded up and went to Kroger by the mall .they got their crab legs cooked while we shopped and they loved the crab legs. As for myself sorry I don't eat any kind of fish or sea food but it was great

Only problem I run into is a minor inconvenience of the self check out. I place the item in the bagging area, wait a few seconds before pulling it off. And then alarms go off and the automated lady yells "PLEASE PLACE ITEM IN BAGGING AREA" and I die a little inside. But that's technology, I understand its finicky. But on a serious note, employees are always friendly and helpful.

Manager would not honor price that was on the shelf saying "the price ticket should have been pulled"...but it wasn't, it was there and that is what I thought the price was...I had already check out my $60 plus groceries but had not paid...I first told him to just talk the four bags of chips off, then I changed my mind and told him to just cancel my transaction and I'd go somewhere else...which I did. I wasn't ugly, just matter of fact! That was my last time to go to that Kroger!!!!

I really like Kroger's prices and products and weekly ads. But occasionally have a problem with management not wanting to supply a certain product back in when it runs outs. May have same product from 2 separate areas and one is better than the other one. I will not buy from first area and didn't care.

I like finding bargains at Kroger. They have a good selection of great meats, items that are listed in their sale ads paper are well stocked. I have found gluten free foods there for sence 2013. I really enjoy using Pamela's baking & pancake mix(gluten-free), it has recipes on back of bag for at least 7 kinds of delicious dishes. The employees are ready to help you find things you are looking for.

Luv luv luv shopping there. We'll organized clean store. Nice people work there & u even get points on a card with them along with discounts on groceries. Points get u cents off gas when u use ur card at the gas station there.

I go to Kroger for more speciality items that Walmart doesn't carry. They have a better selection of meats, ethnic items and fresh ground coffee as well. Be warned though, their prices are significantly higher than Walmart to reflect that greater selection.

This Kroger is nothing compared to the one at Crossetown. Be careful going here. The traffic in this parking lot is almost like Russian Roulette--you could go and make it or you can go and get broadsided by someone who's going about 60 down the aisles.

Good store..Good Quality products..Theirs a Beige Minion of a Man with braids that works here..He has a tendency to stare at you and want say a word..Eerie Feeling😳
