Nice place good customer service. The workers and owner are very knowledgeable across all the animals they sell. I myself have got a black pastel python with the who set up and I mean biological system so there is less maintenance. Also a Quaker parrot. Mr. Rodney raises them from eggs. Very nice bird talks a lot can speak clearly to you. Also 140g saltwater reef tank. BL and Dakota are very good. So highly recommended using this pet store you won’t regret it.

These folks work hard to help you out, but they also take great care in each animal you see in their store. They're definitely not like big box stores who sell sickly animals. And they have a cool bird who likes to dance at the front desk.

This is my favorite pet store! I bought my ball python here and like to come here to get bedding and frozen rodents for my snake. Their service is exemplary and they always go the extra mile! Their animals are super healthy, active and seem so happy, unlike at a chain pet store. Also their prices for both their animals and their supplies are very fair, better than PetSmart. If you want to get a reptile, rodent or fish as a pet I highly recommend this place!

I love stopping in when I'm on that side of town. This store obviously caters to fish and small caged pets, but you can still find some supplies for cats and dogs. When I am able to set up my aquarium I will definitely purchase my supplies here. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Rodney and his crew were exceptional in giving me advice when setting upmy new aquarium. They have great tropical fish and lots of supplies to choose from. I just wish that I lived closer to them!

We live in Iuka and we drive to Tupelo to Gone Fishing at least once a month or twice. We get all kinds of exotic fish and snails and supplies for the aquariums, get worms and food and supplies for our Gecko's, and get rats and supplies for our snake. We love Gone Fishing. If you've never visited , it would be a good stopping spot to go and see all the exotic animals

This store has top notch service. I came in with a question about a sick fish. He spent lots of time helping me select the correct treatment. Definitely recommend this store for all of your pet needs. They have a large selection of items for lots of pets in a small space.

This is a "specialty" pet store. They are more knowledgeable about products and pet care and have wider variety of care, decorative products, accessories and pets than you'll find in bulk stores who seem to carry a lot of the same stuff. They have exotic animals and saltwater fish, reptiles and more! If you're a pet-lover, it's definitely worth exploring. And the staff is very nice!

First off, I will say I tried Petsmart first. They had no knowledge of the fish they had. So I went to Gone Fishing. I asked for a certain fish, make and female, and they were quick to tell me which was which. I’ve going for a month now and they always make sure I get what I need to keep my fish alive. The best part, they haven’t tried to up sale me anything like the bigger brand name stores do. Awesome place with awesome staff!!
