Completely unprofessional work ethics are taught in this store by management. First off when my wife and I walked threw the door around 7am there was no greeting which is fine people get busy so thats okay. Then as I walked to use the restrooms the sanitary situation was not okay Trash in the floor, yellow liquid in the floor, and the smell so no big deal I will just use a bathroom somewere else right. Well after that we had went to the counter to try in cash a check (bad mistake) the lady behind the counter was completely rude and was not willing to help in any sort of way. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with Dodges store EVER again and I DO NOT Recommended unless its just a quick in and out. Oh yeah dodges has good food though.

I recently had a regrettable encounter with Dodge's Chicken in Tupelo that left me deeply disappointed with their customer service. As a trucker in need of assistance for my 74-year-old mother, I reached out to the establishment for a simple request for printing services. What ensued was an interaction marked by extreme rudeness and a lack of basic hospitality.Upon calling Dodge's Chicken and explaining my situation, the woman who answered the phone initially claimed they did not have a printer available. While I was understanding of this limitation, her demeanor quickly turned hostile as she bluntly stated that printing services were not for the public. This response caught me off guard, as I had hoped for a more compassionate and accommodating attitude given the circumstances involving my elderly mother.What struck me most was the stark contrast between the perceived reputation of Dodge's Chicken for hospitality and the reality of my experience. Instead of receiving the assistance and kindness I anticipated, I was met with unwarranted rudeness and dismissiveness. The culmination of this unpleasant exchange came when I requested to speak with a manager, only to be met with further disrespect as the woman abruptly hung up the phone.In the realm of customer service, empathy, respect, and a willingness to assist individuals in need are fundamental pillars that any establishment should uphold. Regrettably, Dodge's Chicken in Tupelo fell short of these expectations during my interaction with their staff. The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed during our brief communication left a lasting impression of dissatisfaction and dismay.In conclusion, my experience at Dodge's Chicken in Tupelo was marred by an unfortunate display of rudeness and unhelpfulness from the staff. As a customer seeking basic assistance, I was met with a level of disrespect that was both surprising and disheartening. It is my hope that this review serves as feedback for the establishment to reevaluate their approach to customer service and strive for a more welcoming and accommodating environment for all patrons.

Love this place!! I come here everytime I visit Mississippi. I'm from Michigan and it's hard to find delicious fried pickles and jo Jo's! The employees are always fast and friendly. Their gas is always the cheapest (although mostly all gas in Tupelo is cheaper than Detroit). They had closed for remodeling and the changes are great. Although this is a gas station it is always on my spots to visit list! I always recommend this place when I here my friends are traveling to Tupelo. It is well lit, clean, organized and thank God the bathrooms are pleasantly clean.

The first time I ordered with waitr my chicken and jojo's were hot and fresh. The last 2 times have been horrible. Today my jojo's were burnt. I order through waitr because I'm tired of truck stop food and I expected more with the restaurants/ convenience stores they partner with. I don't think I'll be ordering from here any time soon!

Today got gas and went inside and bought two chicken breast total $15,00. Live in pontotoc could not wait to get home the smell was delicious. Open box at home and the chicken was HARD AND WAY OVERCOOKED. I was so disappointed and would like my money back.

Pumped gas and they put a $100 hold on my card in addition to charging the cost of gas. Not their fault apparently the card processing company who runs their cards. But needless to say I wont be back. Who puts close to a $150 hold on a card for gas. Ridiculous in my opinion. Just want customers to be aware

Waited forever to pay for gas while employees carried on private conversations with customers and held up everyone else. Management needs to get a grip on employees and let them know this isn't a hookup area but a place of business. Maybe Dodges owners should consider new managers, and staff. Won't be back and will be encouraging others not to shop there.

I called them 6 times to speak to the manager. They put me on hold and never came back to me. I was calling to speak to the manager about a job that Mr. Henry Dodge said the were hiring for. But they won't answer the phone.

Don't eat chicken but they have it all. Prices are always lower than index for gas, they offer all convenience services and the staff are always top notch and friendly. I always try to use the store when I'm in this area.

I was just in dodges and got supposed to be four chicken strips and only got three, and four jojo’s, and a sweet tea, I was charged for the order I asked for, and not given any change, so I paid twenty dollars for this order, I won’t be buying this food anymore!!!!

Purchased gas Tuesday, markee stated 2.39, pump stated 2.45 unless cash, when I used my credit card and started pumping I noticed price was much higher. It was then I noticed that the price to use credit card was 4.459. I shut down and left! Probably will not return.
