Good deals and great help. I want to give a special kudos to Zachary in the furniture department. This guy went beyond the expectation of helping me get what I was looking for. He helped me get the furniture in the car by literally rebuilding the box to fit. You had to be there. He made my day and gave me excellent customer service.

So impressed!!! We ordered a sofa and came at night to pick it up. Someone helped us load it. Terrific service. The sofa is fantastic and was an excellent price. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to check Big Lots first when buying new furniture.

Picked up a table on Saturday night 9/10/2022. Quick, easy, reasonable, good quality, in-stock as indicated online and all loaded by a welcoming young man Brandon who was knowlegable, professional, personable, expedient, and very helpful.

Went in this location last night, Saw Pepsi and Coke products were 3 for $3. Sign on the shelf did not say limit. We got 9. Get to the register and it rings up $23. My husband told the cashier that's not right the signs say 3 for $3. She looks at the sales paper and says no sir that's coke products only. He has to go take a picture of the sign that was on the Pepsi. the cashier was very nice and patient. She was just unsure what to do. She calls the I guess night manager. She seemed very annoyed, and first disputed the price being on the Pepsi, until my husband showed her the pic and one of the employees went to check. She did let us have them for the price on the sticker but was not happy about it. You need patience to work with the public and I think she is lacking, however the cashier was very nice

I have only been in this Big Lots a handful of times, but the last time I went a couple months ago my husband and I went in and I even have a video I think what was one of the managers following us around the store everywhere we went and literally just standing there staring at us with her arms crossed for no reason whatsoever. I have not been back in since, and I will not be back in as long as she is there. I do not know her name but I can tell you that she will boldly follow you and cross her arms and just stare at you shopping, so we made a few turns just to see if she was following us and as I was assured, she came right along with us with no shame at all just standing there looking at us, not even working. I had items in my hand that I was ready to purchase and really wanted because they were on sale that my husband would not let me purchase anything because of this girl. I definitely do not recommend this Big Lots. Sorry Big Lots but you can do better

A great store with with tons of hard to findstuff, and low prices on everything! Were the items are located changes from week to week and inventory from weekly so I advise you make BigLots a regular routine and thoroughly each time. The problem being with display items being in stock, they are not allowed to sell the floor models when it is not in stock, or give a definite date that it will be back in stock, this is especialy a fact on high demand patio sets and furniture so you should go in every week and maybe you will get lucky.

Plenty of good deals, fair prices, nice furniture but... In a crowded situation like I was in there, there were only two cashiers and one was engaged in conversation with the customer which I'm not saying is wrong, but in a line of more than 10 people, yeah it is.

Love the unique food selections and home decor. Location is great and store is clean. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the cleanliness of the back and side because they are in my neighborhood.

This Big Lot is unfailingly clean and we'll stocked. I suppose I should be enthusiastic about it. Somehow I am supposed to feel happy about the selection of cheap goods and increasingly itchy to grab some and rush home to fondle my purchases. Instead, Big Lot feels like going beyond the Chinese suppliers for Walmart directly to the lower tiers of China. I feel like these are the factory products made by human labor as much as by machines. Sometimes, the knockoffs of familiar products make me sad or made. Other time maybe I'll buy it. See? I get confused. By the way, I think that the beds and mattresses, sofas and chairs, furniture and whatnot are of real quality and value. So much of it is built nearby to Tupelo itself. I'd buy that if you see something you like. I'd go easy on other stuff. Maybe.

Always love going to Big Lots. Sometimes the shelves get messy but that is the other customers. Guess it's hard to keep up with people that throw things in the floor or put things where they don't belong. Wish there was still one in Corinth! We used to have one but they moved. Hurt my feelings when they left. Wish they would come back!

Nice big store, brightly lit, wide alies room'ie. With a wide range of stuff. Very friendly employees,and very knowledgeable. Down right southern astompher. I will be back to shop some more when I have longer time to spend. I encourage you to stop by, and see for yourself.

I love BigLots! Every time I go it's a pleasure. I always find something I didn't expect! I live in East Tupelo and the only one is in West Tupelo so I don't get to go very often because of all the traffic in between.
