Dr. Clardy and her staff have always treated my wife and I like VIPs whenever we bring our dogs and cats to her. It is rare to have this level of service anymore. They were very kind and compassionate when one of our 4-legged family member had to be put down. I HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic. Also, Cats rule! :-) AAA+++

The staff was very sweet to my dog, she was spayed and kept overnight. They were upfront about the cost and they called me multiple times to give me updates on my girl while she was there and also a week and 2 weeks later! I really appreciated the excellent care they provided.

I don't have enough good things to say about Dr Miller. My sweet kitty required a lot of medical attention at one point including two surgeries 5 days apart, and Dr Miller really helped ease our worry and it was so clear how much she cared about him. She is always made time to speak to us on the phone about any of our questions or concerns. I found one of the receptionists a little on the roadside once or twice, but I am not deducting a star for that just because of how amazing the rest of the staff is. Highly recommend!

From the kennel staff to the vet techs and doctors, everyone seems to care for your animals as their very own. I've boarded my dogs there twice now with out feeling the guilt I typically would feel when leaving my animals. They gave them their toys, treats, and bedding I left, as instructed, which made me feel as though they had the comforts of home to put my mind at ease. I've boarded else where and have not received that kind of respect and treatment. One of my dogs was hit by a car in October of last year, no one thought she would make it (not even the vet) but they cared for her night and day and helped my sweet baby pull through! I'm truly grateful for the entire staff at Animal Care Center and will continue to take my "kids" there!

Animal care center is the best in the area I have been using them for some years and they go beyond the call of duty for my little babies. Maxie and Royce gets so excited when they know it’s time to go for baths or just a play day at animal care center. Thanks for loving on my babies

Dr. Miller and her staff are incredibly professional, capable, compassionate, and helpful. I've taken my dog here for boarding and vet services for several years whenevern I spend extended time in Tupelo and they always provide stellar care with a smile on their face. My dog and I have been out of town for an extended period and came to the vet for a check-up last month. Dr. Miller's careful attention to detail caught an area of concern that turned out to be cancer in my beloved dog. Thanks to Dr. Miller and her team, it was thankfully caught early before it became a much bigger problem and my dog has been in treatment since immediately after. We owe Dr. Miller and her keen eye for catching it early, and thus I pray giving us better chances at treatment. Thanks Dr. Miller!

I’ve been to a lot of vets in my life. I understand that costs of of everything has gone, up but I have never had to pay $85 just to walk through the door and have an office visit at a vet. The staff seem very nice but for average people middle class I won’t be back because I can’t afford that.

My dog got a bad ear infection in both ears. A clinic in Amory wouldn’t see her due to her not being a patient of theirs. Even though the infection has spread to the right side of her face. I called them before they closed on Monday evening and they were able to see her Tuesday morning. And since I work in Tupelo they let me drop her off when they opened and I was able to pick her up when I got off that afternoon. They called me and kept me informed of what they found and the treatment they were going to do. Best experience I’ve ever had at a vet!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

This all happened on a weekend. I woke up early morning to by puppy vomiting violently. Refusing to eat & refusing to drink water. With all the research that I could gather they all warned me to take my puppy to the vet immediately as it could be something very serious. I looked up all the vet clinics near me & saw that Animal Care Center was open on Sundays from 8am till 5:30pm. I waited at the door with my poor puppy who at this point has gone over 48 hours without drinking or eating but still vomiting. No one answered the door nor the phone calls that I made. Another lady also needed immediate care for her puppy but was left no other option but to leave because no one was here. I don’t ask for weekend service as I know that would be helpful but I had only wished that they changed their hours because they’re Sunday hours are false..

Our dog's leg was broken and treated by a vet on an emergency call. The original vet put a splint on which stayed on for 3 weeks. The splint put on by Animal Care Center fell off after 2 days! They wanted to charge me to replace the splint which they did not put on well enough! The work done by the emergency vet can last 3 weeks, but the work done at Animal Care Center can't even last 3 days! They should be able to stand by their work by fixing it. Instead they want more money. If they had done a proper job, there wouldn't be a need for another visit, so WHY should I have to pay again. Do a quality job the first time or fix it for the original payment! Find a place with better quality and better customer service!

The ladies there are wonderful. All are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They really do care about the well-being of your pet and treat your pet as if it were their own. They took great care of my Snuggles and we love it there! Keep up the great work ladies! I highly recommended anyone to take their pets here.

On a Saturday around lunch my sweet doggie Jack ate rat poison. I was about 30 minutes away from any vet office. Scared and knowing what an emergency visit would cost I started making phone calls. Finally I got in touch with the receptionist and she immediately spoke to the Dr and told me to come right away. Everyone was so helpful. They fixed my Jack right up and when I went to pay the bill there was no emergency fee. I couldn't believe it. I'm very thankful to this clinic and the staff for saving my baby and kindness as well. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Our pet received top quality and expedient care on her first visit to Animal Care Center of Tupelo. We were amazed by the compassion and professionalism shown to us. Our pet would have had to wait a much longer time elsewhere for treatment and she was in pain. These dear folks took her in and gave her relief and that was so gratifying to us. Thank you !

I would like to say thank you very much to the Animal care center of Tupelo for showing care, compassion, and knowledge for my cat. I had found Kitty back in early March. She had been in a tree for several days without food or water. I was eventually able to finagle her down from her hiding spot. No one claimed her so I took her in as my own. In a short time she grew to become my best friend and constant companion. She brought me so much joy and laughter. Sadly Kitty became very ill and went into acute renal failure and thus had to be euthanized. Thank you so much to the staff and veterinarians for their exceptional treatment and care for Kitty. The veterinarians called on several occasions to keep me updated on Kitty's condition. Kitty will be greatly missed. I will be using Animal care center of Tupelo for all my future vet needs. They are an A+ in my book and are highly recommended.

They are a great place to take your animals. So far I know of they only take care of Dogs an cat's. But all my dogs love their care provider . They don't cry about none of their visit nor show any fear towards the provider. The provider always explain to you about each procyger that your animal will go through, Your estimated time wait; an they don't mind answering any of your questions on how to keep your pet happy, healthy an safe.

I have eight indoor cats and they have all been seen by the Animal Care Center of Tupelo. The folks here do a great job of remembering who I am and of remembering my pets and their needs. I would never ever consider trusting my pet's health to any other vet clinic... I highly recommend them!!

They know me by my car when I pull into the parking lot, know me by name when I walk in the door and know my pets names. I have used them for veterinary care and boarding since I moved to Tupelo in November of 2018. They quote me "client" rates but actually charge me the non-client rate. I've used them on a monthly basis yet they won't give me the client rate. They only quote the client rate. What does it take to be a client. It is not time for my dogs shots yet. I have transferred their shot records to Animal Care Center of Tupelo for when it is time for my dogs shots yet I am not a "client". I have spent easily $1000 on services yet not a "client' to be given the client rate. They only quote the client rate but charge a different rate? Deceptive, dis-honest, non-customer centric! I guess I really am not a client anymore!!!

They always take great care of our babies. We have needed them for long term care for some of our older animals. They have been great in helping us make the best decisions for their care. We have been clients for about 10 years now. They are a full range hospital for your animals. I wouldn't take ours anywhere else.
