Took my 7lb 8 month old fur baby for the first time to get groomed a few months back and I specifically gave instructions on what I wanted and my baby came back looking the complete opposite. Her appointment was at 7:30am and she didn't get done til a little after 3. She was terrified and hasn't been back there since.

I have been using Tracey and his staff for years. Having an elderly dog, they take extra care when grooming her.Not only are they good groomers, but they truly CARE about animals. All of them work closely with the humane society and even foster/adopt animals themselves. True animal lovers!

Chloe Hill when we groom puppies we usually suggest a hygienic cut to start with as it make the dogs more comfortable and helps get the use to the process of grooming most puppies are terrified because it’s a new place away from there home once they get use to coming and become use to the process it doesn’t scare them as much to come if it was your fur babies first groom I’m sure he was terrified never having anything done but I assure you we love all animals and we are patient with everyone fur babies to ensure that they are not hurt in anyway I apologize if you we’re unsatisfied with the groom I’m not really sure what you’re puppy had done so I wouldn’t be able to say anything on that

They did an amazing job on our 3 dogs! They groomed them exactly how we asked them too and honestly, our dogs have never been groomed so well! They are so nice and I definitely felt like my babies were well cared for! We will definitely be back!!

In response to Brayden ward your groomer was bridgitt prestige and she came out and had talked to them in the lobby about the groom and had gotten as close to the groom wanted as possible with the matting alit of people don't realize that golden doodles are very high maintenance and need alot of brushing and combing.

The owners were so nice and welcoming when we called last minute to get a bath for our dog before returning home from vacation. When we picked our pup up she was clean and smelled amazing!

Took my doodle here for the first time. Very disappointed. I showed the groomer a photo of what I wanted and when I picked him up he was scalped. AND, he wasn’t even bathed. I can bathe him myself but I can’t do anything about the hair. I sure hope it grows back quickly! Won’t be back.😭

Took our grown Shitzhubin for a hair cut we asked for short but not bald. I can live with that but my daughter called me on the way home with him and they cut one of his nails way to short and he has bleed all over everything. Frustrating Possibility my last visit.

My animals always come out of here calm and looking good. It's hard to find a groomer that is great with cats, but Tracy is awesome. I've been using him for years and will continue for as long as he is available. All of the other people that work here are friendly too. The only downside is that they don't accept cards, cash or check only, so please be aware of that. Love this furry baby spa!

Great service. Dogs are clean and groomed properly. I highly recommend. Tracy does a great job and everyone there truly loves the animals. (Appointment is recommended.)As for the 'barking dogs' review. They stay busy and they have a small staff...it's a small business. Yes, there are dogs there. Yes, they bark. You will also hear barking dogs when you drop off your dogs (if that is a deal breaker for you). SMHQuck tip: If you are wanting to go on Saturday, be sure to call in advance. They are typically only open every other Saturday.

I have a black Pomeranian. I dropped him off here and he was shabby because he had not had his hair cut for a while. We told them, he needed a trim. Now, it’s getting close to winter, so you would think they would leave his undercoat, but nooooooo sir. They nearly shaved him and made him look like a crack dog. They didn’t even attempt to leave any of his hair around his head to try to make him look nice either. Just like a dang buzz cut all the way around. So needless to say, he won’t be going back.

Took our doodle for a bath and trim......BALD DOG! She was scalped, had little nicks, and cuts all over her tummy.....Looked like a completely different breed of dog!.....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Wow. Talk about first impressions. I called this morning to see if they had a website so I could see what services they provide. There was a lot of barking in the background, so much that the lady answering the phone stated 3 times that she could not hear me over the dogs. I was literally screaming. FINALLY she stepped outside so they she could have a conversation. Maybe you shouldn’t answer the phone where you can’t hear people. I then asked if they had a website so I could see what services they offered. She said ‘What are you needing?’ I said again, I want to see what services you offer. She was very argumentative. Not a good impression at all. To say the least, I wont be using this place.

this is in response to Lauran Lust first of all the dogs running around that you talked about were daycare dogs and it was play time. the washing machine that was in the lobby had just broke down and a repair man was on his way to fix it. the police out front had nothing to do with our shop they were called by a neighboring business, for you to give such a harsh review with out knowing the entire situation was unjust and cruel we strive to make our shop the best it can be and have a good relationship with our clients.
