I see why the store is still open from a marketing perspective. But that's the only reason this store is open. If the truck stop across the interstate has whatever I need. I won't bother going into this dollar general. The past 3 times I've stopped in the cashier has been on her phone, taking every bit of time imaginable to ring up my items. The store is always in a disarray. Items in the wrong places, items on the floor. It feels like an unclean environment. Staff is never wearing masks (mandated in our county love it or hate it laws are laws.) 9 out of 10 times they are out of stock on whatever item I've stopped in for. After my last visit I won't be back.

I have had 1 good cashier here, one time, that's the only good thing I have to say about this Dollar General. I have had to wait for 20 minutes while an older gentleman yelled throughout this tiny store for a cashier... not sure where she was or what she was doing but it was not her job. And it is hard to walk through the isles much less get a cart through them.

Stopped by store. Got several items. Waited in line several minutes. At least two clerks and stocker were working. One line only. No problem but customer ahead of me was trying to pay $25.20 order with several gift or credit cards, and entire store came to a stop. Head scratching did not help. Clerk working register was baffled and manager did not help. After several more minutes of head scratching, I asked for another register to be opened. I got a blank look from clerk so I put items I was holding in stockers cart and left. I will not be back.

My daughter in law and I use to go every weekend, buy a few things and waste some time. But I decided after today we'll be going to the Lauderdale one instead. Every aisle had stock in boxes waiting to be put up and trash in the aisles. There was only one stocker on the floor, manager was outside smoking and tge cashier just seemed exasperated with it all.

Lousy service. More interested in talking to their friends than assisting customers. Also allowed their friend to imply my brother was a thief. Very unprofessional and the store showed their lack of caring in its cleanliness.

I'm waiting until they have a fair chance to finish what they got going on and I bet I give them a 7 lol those folks have been working hard and it shows! It was my worst nightmare, besides Walmart until about 2 weeks ago..whoop whoop to the staff I don't have to drive all the way across town cuz this one is showing they want my business 😀

Good to have dollar store so close to home but they definitely need more help in there shelves half stocked but customer service is excellent

Cheep but so is some things like toys falla part or never work dont use your credit card they dubble charge it twice and sell stale food.but convenient. Thats the truth i live off ssi they dubble it everytime you use a card food stamp one to i stoped the toys fall apart and dont have all parts my grandson was verry up set it was a birthday gift missing parts one first one and second

It is convenient and local, but you often have to wait for cashiers and they hardly ever open both registers. Lately, they have given been pleasant, but in the past the cashiers have had bad attitudes.

A very nice place to shop for all your needs personal, and home but the icing on the cake is that you can shop for your groceries which is so convient.

This is a new store but they are always out of stock and the customer service is really horrible: for instance if you go in close to closing you better make it quick or they'll run you out 15 minutes early

This store sucks. The employees are very rude. The store manager is a smart mouth and mumbles under her breath. Don’t ask for help cause it’s not gone happen.
