When you go there it is a very nice establishment. Parking is nice and they sell food.Here's the WORSE part.They have rows of chairs for everyone to sit in. BUT... Over the years, people have brought their own chairs and put them in there. So, if you are new, when you enter you will see the first 6 rows (which are the best seats) are all reserved for the old timers. So, no matter what time you get there, you will have to sit in the back. You could get there 2 hours before the auction starts and you can't sit in the front. Some "old timer" can walk in, one minute before the auction starts and get to sit on the front row.The auction owner makes the claim "After the auction starts" you can sit in any reserved seat not taken. Good luck with that. My friend sat on the front row and was told "Get up that is not your seat."Tiplersville is a long drive for many people. We were driving 45 minutes to the auction but week after week of not being allowed to sit in the front led us to just go to Pontotoc. Pontotoc has a great auction and the seats are first come first served.

Very good auction. You are aloud to look at all items before auction starts. Even when the auction begins your aloud to go up and look at the items. Plenty of parking. We go nearly every weekend. Love this auction.

Be real careful at this establishment...the people assisting the sale...have been coached not to disclose any scratches. Breaks. Bumps on any items...the other review about not being able to sit close...that's part of their game...they only show the good side of a furniture piece...you buy it...it's yours...we were real dissapointed with the auction...so beware....the auctioneer also takes ghost bids when u like an item.. to run it up as high as he can....
