We stopped for breakfast, and didn't care for the food. They serve you on paper plates which aren't good for hot food. The store and bathrooms were clean. There were a lot of potholes but there was someone filling some up so hopefully the lot improves. They have free showers and parking for truckers.

You need to stop here. Old school truck stop. Diamond in the rough. Food is superb, friendly staff, and free showers. A must stop.The parking lot is rough, but we'll worth it. I was given free pumpkin and sweet potato cake while I waited on my order. Wow. The lady who gave me the cake was like everyone's grandma. We talked for a while, and she even gave me a hug before I left. Wonderful people. I felt at home. I will definitely be back. Grilled chicken salad in the picture. I would have put a picture of the cake, but I ate it. 😋 Gone quicklyPs. I stopped here a week later and got a free shower with towels. Adding pictures.Also have laundry service.

Came in and order the food waitress /cook had additude. The whole time talking about where all these ppl coming from. I finally order go pump gas and get my food which she don’t bring to table. When o got my food I ask for a sweet tea . She said u didn’t order one. I said I know but I decide I want one know. She blew saying she got other customers and wouldn’t serve me. Beside this one bad experience with her I never had issues here

Great little truck stop,decent truck parking,good service, and great food.. bathrooms could be a bit cleaner,but overall my type of place. Definitely coming back.Food is greattt fresh and delicious.

Great little truck stop. This place really is for the truck driver. They are always nice and have good food. I stop here every time I come through. I plan my run to be able to stop. I wish we had more places like the 220.

This is the old style truck stop. Showers are pretty good and free to trucker's. Restaurant was a total surprise, perfectly cooked good quality and very reasonable price. Hamburger and fries for dinner and sausage and biscuits for breakfast. Tea and coffee were good also. Limited truck parking around 40 or so trucks. By nine o'clock in the evening pretty much full. A bit dated but enjoyable.

Seems like a fine place. I was pretty surprised that the coffee pot was empty at 8am but I'd assume there was some in the restaurant. I was charged $.50 for a card transaction under $5 which I understand, just figured I'd note it because it's not really the norm these days. I wanted cappuccino and ice and I was able to get what I wanted. Cashier was very friendly, bathroom seemed fine, they have a pretty impressive selection of items available including maintenance and repair items, grocery items, apparel, pipes, novelties, even drug test aids. I didn't have time to try the restaurant. The parking lot is a little rough but there's a reasonable amount of truck parking, I was very satisfied to be able to pull in at 10pm on a Monday night and find a spot.

It's hard to find good food and good parking as a truck driver. I've passed by this place at least 100 times and I finally stopped today. Worth it. The cook is amazing, clean restrooms, and friendly staff.

Gas prices were cheaper than the other stops around. There was a large restaurant area inside and the food smelled delicious. Only one guest was in restaurant when we visited; one person working as both cook and counter person in the restaurant. Both men's and women's bathrooms were old. Women's bathroom had 2 of 4 stalls out of order. There was no self-serve coffee/cappuccino machine in the convenience store area. I was told by clerk it was in restaurant but the cappuccino maker was out of order, according to the cook/counter person, who wasn't overly friendly. We were charged $2.99 for a soda refill. When I questioned it because I saw a sign for $1.99, clerk insisted since it was a "large" size (Qt plastic cup), so it was more expensive.

waitress/clerk was horribly rude. signs posted over entire store about 16oz monsters 2 for $4.50, I get the register and she rings me up for $3.99 each. I asked politely why and she replies that's the price, so I said there are signs on shelf I got them from with about 40 monsters on that shelf labeled $4.50 for 2. She rudely grabbed the key for register and altered price like I was a thief.

Store and Restaurant is locals friendly type service and quality, aim to please!They connect with you , look for great Southern hospitality...Food was really good, fair prices, dogs in parking lots, + across the street belong to locals....kinda taken care of like family should be....lolI'm definitely returning soon as I can.

This establishment is improving under new ownership. Gas prices are usually below neighboring competitors . The owner is very friendly . The food is good and prices affordable.

Wife and I had a great chicken fried steak on our way back to St. Louis, after visiting my old stomping grounds in Louisiana. The staff is awesome and kind. Will definitely be stopping back again every time I visit home.

Great little truck stop. Free truck parking and they even have free showers for drivers. Good selection in the store. And the Cafe was nice.

This place has character... it is aged. It had more than I would ever need ...but I’m not someone who needs much. The toilet was clean enough I didn’t feel like I was gonna get bit by anything LOL. I didn’t use the showers didn’t even see if they had showers...I felt like it was a safe place to park. I loved my bologna sandwich and french fries! The staff was friendly. Don’t get this way very often but I’ll keep in mind if I do again.

This truck stop is an old gem the staff here is great especially the guy working at the reception Jatt Singh he is very sweet to the customers gas rates here are lower than expected than the whole state I will tell my friends once in a while come here

Lot is a little rough but staff is friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms are older and in need of updating but are acceptable considering the age. Overall a decent stop for a 30 or a 10.
