I ordered a small Popcorn Chicken and a large ice water ! $10.14 I was like how much ? So then I said if you did charge me for a large drink for sink water...Can you make it a Coke ? She rolled her eyes and said I will have to charge you for another large drink ! Small Popcorn Chicken and a large ice water is over 10$ at Sumrall, MS Wards. I actually got the Popcorn Chicken my 2 pupps, they loved it. The order was super cold. Hey I got 10 packs of Ketchup for $10

This is a great little fast food restaurant in Sumrall, Mississippi. I always recommend getting a big one combo for breakfast. Tell them to leave the salt off your fries and you’ll be happy with the results. They keep the place clean and have never flubbed up an order yet. They are quick to get your order out to you and if you like root beer ask for it in the glass mugs.Parking: Easy parking around restaurant.

I've given this place four tries and decided I'll never go back.Their chicken in the chicken sandwich is has never filled more than half the bun and 3x was so dried out along with the bun you could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp all day.Their burgers had no flavor to me what so ever.Their pulled pork sandwich is a good flavor, but you're likely to get it dried out and hard from being under a heat lamp.

Not good . Hotdogs bread is wet soggy. Hamburger is same with wet bread. Pretty much just throw in bag how ever it lands. Would not recommend

I love wards and recommend everyone give their "Big Ones" a try. This particular wards makes the food decent enough but I strongly suggest checking your order before you leave. I visit this location about once a month. When I went last week I got a quarter burger combo extra mayo & mustard . And my daughter ordered a little one combo with extra chili no onions. We get the food go to drive off realize they forgot her drink. No big deal. They give her the drink. Then we go to eat our food they forgot her fries. We turn around and she gets her fries. She then opens here burger before we leave again. The burger has barely any chili and is packed with onions. They fix this problem too. By the time we get to drive off and I start eating my food is cold and burger is dry barely any mayo and mustard. Normally they aren't this bad its usually just a forgotten fries or wrong size drink. A quick easy fix. But last week jas me seriously doubting their service. I do want to stress that they were all very nice and apologetic and had no attitude about correcting things. I understand sometimes things just go wrong so will try again. Will update after my next visit.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve had at any restaurant. We pulled up to the speaker and the lady starts taking our order. Before we could even say the next thing we wanted she would cut me off and say “is that all” EVERY SINGLE TIME. When we were taking to long for her due to looking at the menu to see what we could get the kids so she just blurted out the total. So we go to the window and inform her that we were not done ordering and she asks “ok what you want” I informed her of what we wanted and let her know that it seems to customers that she is trying to just get them out of the way when you act like that and it was very rude. She stated “well y’all must have had a bad Christmas. That’s just how we are trained.” Needless to say, we love wards but will definitely drive somewhere else to avoid the horrible customer service. And to the young lady that would not release her name, it is okay to be fast. In fact it is great to be fast, but please take a moment with your customers. Customer service is key.

Ordered a hamburger got a very cold burger that was like rubber and the chili dogs for my guest was cold as hell. The only thing that was going to be hot was the fries because they were cooking them fresh . The other food had been there for a while we requested our money back and gave the nasty food back .it turned me off from ever eating at wards again.this place made my experience a disaster!!!!

LOL, what else can you say?When you order a burger, it may or may not have meat.When you order fries, you might get ice cream.When you say “no onions”, you betcha you’ll get loads of onions.If you don’t like the cashier, no worries, tomorrow there'll be a new one.Good luck.

This is literally the worst wards in the state. The food is always undercooked. I always ask for a party sausage biscuit with the patty well done. I get home and it’s flimsy because it’s undercooked and grey. Meat isn’t suppose to be grey.

I ate lunch there the other day about 30 minutes later my blood pressure was about 187/ 117 & heart rate 155 I thought I was a goner I will never eat there again! and I loved there food, maybe it was the person we saw working there that we knew I don't think she cares for us very much, but if she did I hope Karma is on her ASS!

I have lived in the Sumrall area for over two years now. I go through the drive-thru at least three Sundays out of the month for breakfast. Over the last two years I can count on one hand the times they got the order correct. When I have to get out of my vehicle and good in inside it defeats the purpose of the drive-thru. So if you order take out, make sure you check your order before you leave.

I absolutely love Ward's. But today in Sumrall Mississippi that location has got a problem. It took 30 to 45 minutes to get our food. Love me some Ward's please open near Flowood Mississippi.
