I need to let everyone know if and when I ever get another furbaby as you call them I will be bringing them to Sumrall animal clinics also suggesting them too. I recieved the most heartfelt card from them letting me know and giving me condolences about my Elsa/Elisheba...it made me cry but it was a happy cry. I still call Elsa/Elisheba because I know she is still here with me..my baby. Thank you Doctors and Sumrall staff.

The entire staff were amazing. They were all incredibly patient and so kind to a very scared and scary pit bull. The veterinarian spent a very generous amount of time talking to me, even though I know she had other patients waiting, she gave my boy plenty of time to get used to her presence and when the techs had to come in they were gentle and so nice to my dog. They were all very welcoming from the first step in the door. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about my dog and not the dollar.

Dr White is the best. She explains everything, and patiently answers questions. We travel out of state and I schedule appointments around our visits back to Hburg because I don't want to go anywhere else.

I took my dog in with an issue that came up overnight, so I didn’t have an appointment the next morning. They took care of her right away and were so friendly and helpful! Thanks to them, Motley feels so much better!

Took our dog here for pain management as it had been roughed up by another dog. (No serious injuries, but he didn't want to move due to the pain) They told us they'd watch him overnight, but that was a lie. Noone was there to notice that he had thrown up, and aspirated it since he could not move due to his injuries. This then developed into pneumonia which, as of today, has claimed the life of our dog. From pain management to death within 4 days. I wouldn't even take a pet rock to this circus.

Couldn’t find a better veterinarian clinic than this. Our boxer has been sick for a long time and always had check ups etc one visit at Sumrall animal clinic and they figured it out. She’s like a new dog they saved her life in my opinion. Thank you so very much

For nine years I believed the facade of this clinic. This clinic has treated my pets literally for years. Friday my cat was in distress. I was out of town on a job so my wife took my cat in to be treated. Upon her arrival, I instructed my wife to have the staff call me. They wanted around $240 for the office visit and some blood work. My cat was dehydrated. As I've done with this clinic for years, I didn't bat an eye at the price, but told the 'assistant' that I won't make it back to town in time to settle the bill on Monday morning. Any times that I have been out of pocket this has been fine. I have spent literally thousands with this clinic and paid EVERY penny. This day, Jennifer White's clinic wanted the $ right then.....or they weren't going to do anything.....and that's what they did....NOTHING! Wait....they did take $45 for doing ZERO for my beloved pet. He suffered very much. My family suffered. My cat died. He was such a good boy. For Dr. White, she confirmed after my conversation with her on this Monday that she does not care about animals unless it is profitable.....now. I am shocked at this clinic's behaviour. Do not make the mistake I did and trust this clinic. Do not believe the facade of 'this clinic loves animals.' She is all about the $. Of course, what she does not realize is that her clinic literally lost THOUSANDS of dollars this weekend. Clinic's that exploit dying, sick, hurt or distressed animals under the facade that the 'care' are the lowest of the low. It is unfortunate that people that enter medicine forget that medicine is about helping.....not trying to get rich. Shame on this clinic.....shame......shame.....

They profile and told their cop friend they thought I was drunk. Only because I didn't have makeup on and was wearing sweats I hadn't planned on getting out. Totally embarrassed the cop had followed me from their lot to the gas station next door to tell me they said I was drunk. Can't believe they do that to their customers. I attempted to call 3 times to supposedly address the issue. When there really isn't any solution it happened months ago and the officer himself told me the lady was worried I might've been intoxicated after watching her walk across the street with my dog to speak to him. I have yet to take my pup back to that vet. But there's a silver lining had the officer not stopped me I'd never know I left my card at wards.

The people here are caring, kind and efficient. They have helped me see to two animals now. Their prices are better than competitive and Dr. White is extremely knowledgeable. It's great to have such caring people with hometown values so nearby. Now I don't have to travel all the way to Hattiesburg for quality veterinary care or grooming needs for my pets. I'm very pleased.

Very disrespectful to people who are financially struggling yet trying to help treat strays who are placed on doorsteps. Had I not witnessed the disrespect firsthand I wouldn’t have believed it based on these previous reviews.I will never bring them another animal and will always recommend against their services. I love my vet and all the staff, but more importantly, my fur babies love their vet! My big old Gussie walks in the door with that little nub of a tail wagging up a storm. He knows where he is and that he is safe. They've had to help 2 of my babies cross that dreaded bridge, and it was done with the utmost kindness and compassion. Sometimes that's hard to find in this mean old world.

Zero hospitality and over priced. Paid $45 for a dog bath and my dog still smelled bad afterwards. When I called to complain I was told "everyone has a different sense of smell and they could not smell what we smelled ".Definitely will not be visiting this place again.
