I usually have outstanding service from the young men here; however today it felt very cold. No one greeted me when I walked in. The gentlemen that came in directly behind me were and as I walked through the store I was not offered assistance. I am in the parking lot and now on my way to get my dog food and horse feed from the Co-op.

I rated this store a five because of the excellent people they have working . My only complaint is that a month or so ago I noticed they had little chicks in the store. This is unusual as they only usually have them for a couple of months around Easter. I asked a salesperson and they said they were going to keep them "in store". Well I thought great, I was planning on adding some new chicks to my flock as I have several that have gotten old. Armed with the "in store" info I did not get any earlier as I thought they would be readily available. Wrong!!!! Now my options are order on line or wait. I will probably wait. I only wish they had told me the truth about when they were not going to have them "in store". With that said, the store is clean, well stocked and they have good people working there.

Bought 3 shirts and brought them home and washed them in cold water and air dried them. When I went to put one on I found that it had shrank from a large to less than a medium size. I won't make the mistake of buying any clothing from them again.

I am a big fan of the Starkville Tractor Supply Co. Super clean, fully stocked, and very nice employees. I find this establishment to emulate a lot about what many people in the area want in a supply store. I personally shop for cow hoof chews for my dogs and occasional outerwear for myself. The quality of products is always wonderful.

It's a clean store well stocked. I would say that more workers on the floor should be necessary, I looked for a part for 20 minutes with no workers passing or asking if I need help finding anything. Other wise wonderful store.

Tried to stop by tractor supply today to pick up an extra pair of carhart pants. I approached the door at 5:55 and was told to leave by a worker because the store closed at 6. After walking back to my truck I watched 3 people proceed to check out. The man easily could have allowed me to make one quick purchase. I used to work at a local feed and seed store when I was younger, we would always stay open a few extra minutes if a customer was there. Not a friendly place to be.

I'm sure there are plenty of people that love this store, I however don't. It has a very limited selection of boots for being one of the few places to sell western boots in starkville. I literally only went for my dogs food and they quit carrying Eukanuba so now there is no need to go in there. They carry a wide variety of items but they are so small that they don't carry many varieties of those items. And I will always have a disdain for any company that is always asking me to be a rewards member. Just take my money and we can go about our days. You don't need all my personal information ya nosey!
