I was just shopping at my local PetSmart buying some new fish 🐠🐟 for my Aquarium at home. The sales floor lady, Molly was extremely helpful, so friendly to chat with while she was getting our fish bagged up. We had a couple questions and she was on point ☝🏻 with answers. Very delightful 🙂. Then checking us out was Angela the store leader she told me when I asked her for her name to write ✍🏻 this review leaving.The store number is #3253I shop here often and recommend anyone else to also. It's wonderful having such friendly employees working in today's time when few want to work.Thank You Angela & Molly!!

My husband has been wanting fish so we had a ton of questions! Sky who is a manager there is amazing! She has been great with making sure that when we do get out fish they (hopefully) don't die. She has made sure we get what the fish need to not be stressed and they will thrive in their new home. We are so excited to get our fish. She has also been helpful making sure we know which groom to ask for when we bring our dog in too!

My yorkie, Olive, was handled superbly by Brittany U. She was super welcoming and professional. She was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job completing Olive's first puppy cut (face, feet, and fanny). 10/10 recommend!

I am having more and more bad experiences with PetSmart. I booked a reservation for Friday Dec 29th @ 12:30 pm a week in advance. I received a call from them on Dec 28th @ 3:38 pm saying my booking would be cancelled. I had to call back to find out exactly why it was cancelled, and they had no plans to rebook me even though they cancelled my appointment because a groomer was out sick, which I understand it's the lack of follow up. The woman I spoke to on the phone really had a too bad so sad for you attitude even when I asked what can be done. My dog has been going to PetSmart for like 6 years and I would love to stay but experiences like this happen way too often.

I used to buy the cat food for my cat online and now that I have a PetSmart close by, it's awesome! The only issue is that they didn't have the cat food I used to buy and I had to switch it to another one. But I just love to go inside and see all the wonderful options of food, cat litter, toys, etc.

Great store. Well stocked and very kind staff. Animals are well cared for and staff are knowledgeable. Already making an impact in local animal rescues with food drives, donations and generosity.

The store is clean and tidy. My Piper loves coming here. She always looks for Maggie! She also loves working with Mike, who does some of the training classes. He is fantastic by the way. She also, met Brittany, who is one of the groomers. Brittany did a fantastic job trimming her paws, cleaning her ears and grinding her nails.

Love the store and employees BUT I've been told that their Guinea Pig supplier is out or something. They didn't know when they would have more and they have yet to have any since they opened just signs saying I'm sorry I've already found a home..😔They've got plenty of exspensive birds though. Other then that it's a lovely store lol. I mean do they maybe need a new Guinea pig supplier?

First impression from them? they love to trick people. The very first sign they put out front before opening was, " 70% off if you spend 40$ and over" this "deal" was supposedly for Saturday their grand opening, so Saturday I walk in and they give me a card that's for $10 off if you spend $40 and over. Wow thanks guys for enticing me to waste my gas to come all way to town for your "grand screw me over sale". Disappointed 😞

Pricey but good to find most of what you need and want. We have a rabbit, cat, fish, Retriever and a Yorkie. They actually have parakeets which is the one animal we don't have ha!

All you need for dog, cat, rabbit, fish...that's what we have. They also have birds - parakeets. Prices are as expected and staff is super friendly and helpful. They seem well trained.

Needs to open soon need crickets for anole.They are open it is great my Anoles are full of crickets.I now have to really sweet fancy parakeets by the names "Glenn and Jolene"They are happy healthy and very tame and we love them so much.Enjoy time spent here...
