Seems like a new store. Some of the aisles were in disarray. But worst part was watching 3 staff members talk about their night while only one cashier checked us out. The line must have been 6-7 people. But no one seemed interested in opening another check out line. Parking is easy and there's a light at the parking exit so it's easy to go either left or right.

Was told I could receive cash back. Made a purchase solely for it and did not receive the option. They told me to go back and buy another item with a different card which I did. The same thing happened. After making two purchases, I left with no cash back. Disappointed at the lack of knowledge and communication. I would have never purchased had I known in advance. Poor customer service all around.

I went to dollar tree and the cashier was rude and overcharged me by lying about my card not going through for enough money. She also overcharged my husband. Some people don't have any manners lol. But they will learn.

I went to the Dollar Tree in Starkville MS. The cashier did not speak even after I spoke to her and and "How are you". She looked irritated because I interrupted her phone time. She could not put her phone down for 2 minutes to properly check my items. I would give this store a zero if I could.

Really great selection, I was very surprised that some of the items there were available for so cheap like nice chocolates (ghirardelli, lindt), pictsweet frozen veggies, multivitamins and supplements like vitamin c or melatonin, name brand toothbrushes and paste, Tupperware, all kinds of school supplies, various phone chargers and cases, etc. The staff is very nice and helpful, too. I will be stopping in more often!

I wasn't given an item i paid for went back the next day and asked for it was told they had no idea about the item and to call the management on another shift and come back. The item was just a dollar so i just said forget it but if everyone did that wow they definitely are racking in on a lot of free money!

The workers are trashy. Every time I go there, they’re always calling me out of my name. One of them even tried to fight me and I don’t even know the girl from Adam. Never said or done anything to the girl. I mean if I didn’t graduated from college and had two kids and wasn’t married, I’ll be mad too. They constantly following me around the store. The manager isn’t any better, because she be behind most of the harassment. At this point, I hope something happens to the place. Just a bunch of uneducated, black, catty females that work there.

Only problem was with the shopping carts. Not enough carts and the ones that were available were in terrible shape. Most had at least on wheel locked or wouldn't roll...

The Starkville DT did not disappoint today! Their Valentine stock is out in full force and they have the CUTEST glass Mason-type jars in stock. They have reorganized the toy section, tidied up the Teacher Corner, and picked up the middle aisles. With the staff being very helpful today, this DT run was a win!
