I really like this grocery store ! You can be in and out in 10 minutes. I go here instead of Kroger. They may not have the selection K does but they have products when others do not ! They are fortunate to have a great store manager Jeff, great guy, great personality he is always there.

We prepaid for chicken for Easter and waited 2 hours and they still don’t have chicken ready. This horrible do not use their deli. Very poor processes in place.

Only one cashier is rude just 1 all others are amazing especially the manager Jeff he is nice to each & every customer that walks through the door they have excellent prices & quality food Zack the manager in the meat department is very young he is amazing!! It is a very long drive but it is worth the gas. All the customers are friendly I love this store!! I am all about customer service ☺️

This is a nice recognition of our neighborhood grocery store that I saw on another social media group "nextdoor":Great grocery store experience! I just had the best grocery store experience since we moved here in 2020. I was going to Sam's this morning, thinking they opened at 7, they don't open until 8. Anyway, I decided to try to get everything that I needed from a grocery store instead of waiting an hour in the parking lot. I went to SuperLo. Oh My Goodness. It was awesome. The aisles are wide and clean, not a single box in the aisle. The shelves were stocked full. The produce guy helped me pick out the best vegetables, the lady at the meat section told me how she cooks her ribs, which were on sale at a great price. I started to buy them all but didn't want to be greedy. The only aisle that was a little blocked was the dairy aisle, but the guy was stocking the milk section. He stopped and handed me the milk I wanted. Then finally, a real human being checked me out. I can't remember when that happened last. She was very friendly and told me her husband was in the hospital, I want her to know I said a prayer for him in my way home. What a great start to the day.Patricia Langford

I was down the street from here today and decided to make the bone chilling walk in the freezing temperatures. I have never been to this store and had no idea what to expect. I must say for an independent grocery store I was most pleased to find variety and and decent prices for sure! I did not think I would spend more than a few bucks if that here, but I was wrong and actually had to say no more today. I will most definitely venture back and investigate more thoroughly. I thought it was clean and the staff was most friendly. I got a greens juice that I enjoyed and would drink again without a doubt. I look forward to my next visit and also am enjoying my pecans!

I loved the prices I loved all of the deals so much that I over shopped.. but this is why it’s a 2 stars because when I got to the counter this lady literally huffed and puff the whole time! I mean it was like how dare you come in here and get all this food to feed your family! I’m working on my attitude politely said I’ll help an I did help bag but she was still upset an huffing and puffing so much that the man behind me asked her is she okay… I was very uncomfortable.. I know her name because it’s on the recipe but I want say it because like I said I’m working on me..

Exceeded my expectations. Good selection and they carry some local brands that you wont find at Kroger. Deli and meat department are excellent. Some produce isn’t always fresh (bagged lettuce), but I do like this store.

Very friendly employees and have good selection of meat and chicken. Shout Out to Mark of the meat department who was friendly and kind enough to help me out with special request. Hard to find employees these days who care enough to go the "extra mile" in providing customer service. Thanks again to Mark and the Superlo Team. They are our local neighborhood grocery. They have ample goods, friendly people, clean, a real nice small kitchen and have really good breakfast biscuits, (sausage, chicken, ham, eggs )- and lunches with meat and vegetables- and lots of good fried chicken at real good prices. Good, close, clean, friendly and good prices. Go to their cake section and get one of those carrot cakes, or chocolate cakes in the small plastic boxes. TALK ABOUT GOOD AND SWEET!!! I recommend them and upped my rating to 5*. March 2023 I drop them to 2 star. They have fried chicken and it WAS great. Something changed the last 2 weeks of March and the chicken has no crust, chicken is much smaller, and not cooked well. The crust is barely there, just sliding greasy floury comes off nasty mush. I get 2-4 boxes a week and know they changed flour or person cooking it. But I won't be buying any more. Also, the wife got a Smithfield ham Monday before Easter - at $37! I can't believe she paid that, much less they charged that. I won't be buying meats from them either.

Great and friendly employees as well as managers. Wonderful selections of fantastic meats. Glad they are in our area? I hate to give away a secret, but you will not find any fried chicken as superb as theirs. Always a line after Church on Sundays.

Didn't know what to expect with my 1st visit but, I must say I'm very satisfied. They have all of the turkey products I like, and ones i didn't even know about. OH and the chicken and dressing was amazing!!! Fast service, clean and polite. This is how a business is ran!!

They do have low prices but this store smell bad. The belt you place your items on is so dirty. I didn't want to place my loaf of bread on the belt. The belt had blood and dirt on it. The male cashier was rude when I ask him why the belt so dirt. I visit this store two or more times a week and it's always dirty. I think cleanliness is very important.

Prices are excellent, the workers are very polite and helpful. Parking is excellent, you might run into very nasty rude customers that don't worked their at all. One lady like to push that cart on my handicapped daughter. Or then that Superlo Foods is a excellent place.

I love this store! Everything is always neatly and fully stocked and the cashiers are always super friendly. Great prices here too. A $95 bill for what may have cost me about $160 at wal mart. I highly recommend this store, especially to anyone who's on a tight budget!

Though I'm usually satisfied with service and products, I was confused by the clerk working in self checkout sitting down on the small counter top where we sit our groceries. There were customers at all the available working stations and others waiting, but she continued to sit, as if she were not at work. Her rear end just parked in nothing more than leggings where customers sit groceries...AND THEN...she just casually got up from servicing the machine without wiping the area and started watching customers conduct self checkout at the main register. It's the "sitting there in comfort and doing it in front of costumers and bypassing staff" for me. 👀👀

Great prices, friendly staff and smiling customers throughout the store. Never heard of this chain until relatives took me there. You can smell the fresh baked goods and the wonderful smell of fried chicken even before you get out of your vehicle. I was told this is a family & employee owned chain. This is why they go overboard with their service and quality. I even noticed at their courtesy desk that you can pay bills, cash checks, receive / send money etc. That is great because you can do it all by making just one stop for everthing! Don't forget to check out their weekly flyer for on sale items. Also check out their website for other perks & information about their great stores.👍

One of my favorite places to shop. They have good sales. The employees are friendly. Their are always plenty of cashiers so I get checked out quickly. I do wish they had a bigger produce area but it looks like space is limited.

I have traveled miles out of my way to shop here for over 20 years. Especially for the meats. I will continue to do so because they are personable with their customers and take pride in their store and their job. Not the fanciest place but that's fine with me. Love it.

I have to say, the best grocery staff period. I mean period. Some prices are high, some are just pretty good. But if you look, they do have great prices. But they have fantastic sale prices. And great unexpected price drops. And fantastically clean!

Loved it! Everything was stocked and looking great. My mom and I were able to find a plant and make a fruit basket with items we food in the store for a hospital visit. Really, I wanted to grocery shop...Ha!

Until now, had a high ranking for this store: employee knowledge, friendliness, cleanliness etc.. however,frozen shrimp which had bad taste, smelled, looked to be thawed and refrozen.I went to CS to returnRick the Mgr. He came over, never looked at me, pointed to a sign showing return policy and talked me with his back to me. I was highly insulted. I'd never been to CS counter, so knew if no such sign being there 8 years as he taunted. He did give me a $10 gift certificate to the store, but once I spend it I will never go back. No respect, no empathy, just a nasty, attitude.

I ordered disinfectant products online for drive-up that were out of stock. The manager personally called me and let me know when the next shipment was coming in and when I could come pick up my order. People don’t realize what a hidden gem this grocery store is on prices and availability especially for brandname items. I’ve always had a positive experience, but this was over-the-top customer service!

I love Superlo! When it was in the old neighborhood, my sister went every day to get what she was going to cook for supper. It was off of Cherry Rd. Then moved to Perkins Rd. She said that's the highlight of my day. I get to see all my friends and just enjoy the time i spend there. I used to laugh at her. I lost her four years ago and now I go to Superlo because i know where everything is. It's spotless clean and has organic vegetables which is all i use. Its just a great place to find everything i like. Its a friendly environment and i enjoy the time I spend there.Lynne Mann, Southaven, MS

My first time there, but I can see why so many people like the store though. Their products are very affordable, and one can find everything they are looking for. Yeah, I would shop there again. My wife really like the store.
