Erin, at the Collierville, TN location did an outstanding job grooming my 12yo Dachshund. He can be cranky, and he had not been groomed in a while so his hair was thick.She was patient and quick. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours. Erin and the young lady at the front desk were very sweet.

The groomer (kelly, I think) was very patient and discussed the process. She seems very good with dogs. I watched her interact in the lobby with other dogs and their parents and I am confident that she is a very understanding and good groomer

This was my baby's first bath since I got him and I was really worried about his ability to handle his bath. But Brianna D. bathed him and treated her as one of her own and said he did a great job. And she bathed him very well. No more shelter smell to him! Will definitely be back

I saw nothing that was cut on my dog, just a little cutting by the tail. Which the hair just sticks up, which was smooth and laid down before the cut. Tail was suppose to be trimmed and wasn't. Paws were perfect! I will give them another chance to make it right.

Ellery was very excited to meet her new groomer. She also was glad to be out of the car. *only dog I know that hates riding* Anyway she looked great after the young ladies where done. I will be back in a couple months.

I brought my dog to this groomer for months when I first moved to the area. The quality of the cut was not very good, especially for the price. I noticed that they especially did not do a good job cutting the hair around her toes. One day I noticed my dog licking inside her paws a lot, and at first I thought it was some type of allergy. What actually happened was that the groomers here had not been cutting my dog's dew claws and they had grown all the way around into the paws. I had to take her to her vet to have the nails removed. I was LIVID but also very heartbroken that she was in that kind of pain for so long. I haven't brought my dog back since.

Mary is wonderful with my fur baby. My Lilly loves Mary as well because she has been known to growl if anyone but Mary takes my Lilly from me. She knows exactly how I want my Lilly to look.

The price tag was 249 for cocktail bird and the charge me 349 but because I bought bunch of stuff I didn’t notice that till I get to the house so I called them and ask them about the price they said249 so I told them what’s happens there and when I went there they change the tag and Deny that’s happened big Liers
