I have been taking my boys to Pampered Paws for a few years now and I just absolutely love them! Not only do they do an excellent job of grooming my SUPER anxious guy, they are wonderful people, and you can tell really love dogs. I 100% recommend if you want a great cut and clean for your puppers at a great price, with outstanding service.

I have used many groomers in the past and my furbabies were always nervous and stressed when I would take them. I always felt bad when I left them because they seemed so anxious. Oreo loves coming to Pampered Paws! He isn't nervous at all! He gets loves on and treated so well. He comes home looking remarkable and feeling relaxed! I won't ever take him anywhere but Pampered Paws now that I have found this wonderful 💖 place!

I had a great experience. I’m a first time fur baby mom lol. I was recommended taking my dog Izzy here from a friend. I’m glad I chose Pampered Paws for her grooming. Customer service was great, setting a appointment was easy. Her cut was neat clean and she had the cutest scarf on.

We use Vicki. We have two Yorkie Poms and one has some ptsd from another groomer in Southaven. She and I both get nervous when it’s time for her grooming, but Vicki is great with her and my other pup. She listens to exactly what I want. My mom also uses Pampered Paws for her mixed breed and has never had a complaint!

Have a 7month old Golden-doodle, went in on 1/23 and asked for a body cut, but to trim her face and keep it “fluffy/full” specifically said to not cut her face, keep it fluffy, literally went to picker her up in just a few hrs, and guess what…??? They cut her face🤦🏿‍♂️. My Goldendoodle looks like a shaved poodle. Maybe not cutting her face and keep it fluffy means “cut her face and nearly bald it out”…#realreviewI won’t be back, and will recommend my friends elsewhere!

The staff here is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The young receptionist, Nikki, has a wealth of knowledge and eager to assist with all of your questions. Groomers Ms. Vickie and Haven are phenomenal! They are like dog whisperers and extremely skilled in their field!

Absolutely do not take your dog here! My dog got groomed and BOTH ears had cuts on them. They chalked it up to being a “hematoma” from the matting of his hair. But 1) he had just been to the vet and didn’t have an ear hematoma and 2) they’re supposed to be professional groomers in these instances. He also got a double ear infection that was not there when he had just been to the vet. He was hurt so bad he could barely walk and his eyes were drooping. They cut his whiskers and eyelashes also. I just took him to the vet and they said they’ve never seen anything like this ever before. Do not recommend what so ever!!! I thought they would be good since they have good reviews but absolutely not.

We had a very bad experience with our Yorkie. Dropped him off at around 9ish he was fine at home . Around 2:00 I was getting worried it had been 5 hours . I called the tech was very upset cause my Yorkie had diarrhea with blood was every where even when we got there it was bad !! We rushed him to the Emergencyhospital. They were very concern about him . But the part that has me pissed is because he stayed in a kennel for 5 hours BARKING AND BARKING . We got him to Emergency room got the diarrhea taken care of . But the Vet said he lost his voice because he stressed left in there he's never been in a kennel but being in there for 5 hours caused him to lose his voice which he's never been in a kennel. Vet said his bark an whinning will take a while to come back maybe . We also noticed because of him waiting so long the diarrhea got worse and they chopped up his hair his hair looks a mess . So I get a call from Jessica checking on him .She said there must have been 40 dogs in back and that's how they work that 5 hours wait is normal . Not to me its abusive for that many dogs to sit in a kennel for that long . If this is how they work I will cut my own dogs hair . Because I bought it to her attention that the Vet said he was stressed out because of the kennel . Yes I was mad with Jessica but who wouldn't!!!

Took the dog the gentleman I care for owns in. The owner has dementia and was given a dog who had not been cared for properly. I took them both there as the owner is quite attached, but explained the issue. Max had huge mats all over and fleas. The people calmly explained that he would be taken great care of and were not just professional, but kind. We left Max in their capable hands and they called when he was finished. I kid you not, he did NOT look like the same dog that arrived. He is a Yorkie Poo and they cut off probably 5 pounds of hair and mats. He was so much happier. Will always go here!

I wish I can give this company a -1 star for professionalism. I was a new coming customer and called for information on bringing my puppy and the young lady that answered the phone was extremely inpatient and rude I asked her about their location and she was super irritated to answer. She stated mam I’m not familiar with this area. I asked if there was someone else that can help me who knew the location however my google wasn’t picking up the address she said mam I don’t have time for this I’m busy and hung up on me Wow 😯 if you don’t have patience to communicate you most definitely don’t have patience to groom my puppy so thank you for showing your true colors upfront!!

The people that work there are awesome! Mal had his best experience here, and I did too. He smelled great, his coat was shiny & clean. The grooming stations are out front, I love that. We've found a great place & will be back. They even took a Halloween pic, Mal loves to have his picture taken!
