I've noticed on their website, management only replies to 5-star reviews, which says a lot about the management. I have been a Lowe's customer for over 25 years. I have spent a lot of money there. I get more disappointed every time I go there. Today, I stopped by to pick-up two vanity tops I ordered online. I was the only one in line and stood their for 15 minutes before anyone even offered to help. It's not because they were short staffed, because there were 7 employees behind the counter. They were all chatting about different things, mostly about things not even related to their job. Finally a young lady asked if she could help me? I told her I was there to pick-up an online order. I present her with the barcode on my phone and she never looked at it and asked, "what was the name on the order?" I told her and she walked away and I saw her on the phone, but couldn't hear what she said. I stood there another 20 minutes and she walked by and I asked, "Is my order being brought to the front?" She replied, "I don't know ", and walked off. I stood there another 14 minutes before and member of management walked up and asked, "Is anyone helping you?" I said, "I don't know'. She found my order and had it at the front in 8 minutes. This is not the first time I've had issues with lazy employees. Not sure what management does, but they don't "manage" employees. I think it about time I try Home Depot. Not sure if it will be any better, but maybe they will appreciate my business.

This store is so infuriating. I waited forever after asking a worker if I could get help having some chain cut. No one ever showed up. I asked multiple workers. I even asked if I could speak to a manager after being so upset with the experience. Not even the manager showed up to talk with me. This store doesn’t care. Its workers don’t care. They’re just hiring warm bodies, but not actually getting people that want to work or help customers. Just close this place down already!

Hello, my name is Deanne T. I ordered a toilet from lowes around March 25, and it said it was delivered on March 26. I never received the toilet because they delivered it to the wrong address. I have called customer service multiple times, and they verified that I did input the correct address. They said they checked the truck GPS and looked at a Google Earth view of my house and that all of it matched up, which was a lie.I have picture proof that it was the wrong house and they still won't give me a refund. They refuse to call me back, which is why I have to keep calling them.As of May 2, 2024, I still have yet to receive my toilet or a refund. Lowes refuse to return it to me.

The employees at the Lowes in Southaven provided me the best service I've ever had in a home improvement store. Four young men in the garden department went out of their was to ensure my satisfaction. Good job fellas.

Manager was incredibly rude when trying to figure out the warranty/return policies for major appliances. Would definitely look elsewhere for major appliances in the future. They sell you a 3-5 year warranty but within the first year won’t help with anything that goes wrong!

Had a wonderful experience at Lowe's today not only did I find some great deals but more importantly the service was a 10! Most employees were helpful and I like that everywhere I looked there was an associate to ask a question of...unlike homedepot a little ways up the street. Lastly I want to give a SUPER Thank You to ReRe this associate was "absolutely" amazing! On entering the store she quickly ask me did I need help & after helping me she didn't stop there she located the availability of additional items I needed and she personally went and got them down off a high shelf when she could not find anyone to do it for me. I was impressed by her dedication to customer satisfaction, so rarely found nowadays. I was literally in and out in 20min! Way to go Lowe's! I'm breaking up with Homedepot & even though often Lowe's your prices are mildly higher the faster, friendly, positive experience is well worth it. I will be back again & again for all my home repair/ decor needs.

Diane in the garden center went above and beyond helping my husband and myself load landscaping bricks in the back of our pickup truck! She carefully inspected each one for cracks! I appreciate her helping as we live an hour and a half in Arkansas and certainly would not want to have to return any broken ones! Thank you again Diane!

I put an order in for delivery on March 11th, scheduled to be delivered on the 16th. It is March 19th today and still nothing. The order just says delayed without saying when it is going to be delivered. I called the store multiple times, the phone rings for 10 minutes at least every time and they either pick up and hang up immediately or if they do pick up the phone and I request a status on my order they just hang up on me. Worst customer ever, never thought they would be worse than Home Depot but I'm taking my business back to them. This was an over $1,000 order!

Biggest joke ever on delivery items. I a disabled so delivery would be nice only to find they can't even do this. This is the 3rd time I tried to use them for delivery. They haven't ever got a order right yet. Completely incompetent. Is this how they treat everyone or is this a prime example of discrimination? Oh wow really now the owner replied wanting to make it right. Make what right the fact y'all can't complete a deliver order or is it because y'all hung up on a customer with a problem. As I said this is the 3rd time of seeing bad customer relations and not competent enough to fill a delivery order. 3 strikes and your out.

i called in twice and no one picks up the phone. i’ve been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over a hour. i had to come in to the store for assistance and even then, there is literally no one working at the desk!!! what kind of place is this??

If I could give a negative 25 rating I would. I went into the store on February 6, 2024 and purchased a dryer with a delivery date of February 16th, between 8am-12pm. The week of delivery, I received a text message every day asking if the delivery date was still good for me. I responded YES everytime. Come the day of delivery, I received NOTHING!! No dryer, no phone call, not even a text message! I called the store twice and was placed on a never ending hold. Called the 800 number only to be told the dryer was damaged and THEY changed my delivery date to a different week, different time block, of which I had no knowledge, zero input of what was best for my schedule. AND THEN, the guy had the nerve to tell me their system doesn't contact the customer when a delivery date is changed. But wait, it gets better! When I asked him how was I supposed to be informed of the change, he proceeds to tell me, WELL ONCE YOU KNEW IT WASN'T COMING YOU CALLED THIS NUMBER TO FOUND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON! REALLY??????? I told the man that was THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFETIME!!!! In what world is it ok to leave a customer waiting for 4 hours for a delivery Lowes knew was not coming and NOT notify the PAYING CUSTOMER???? ABSOLUTELY UNEXCEPTABLE!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! So, to HOME DEPOT I went after canceling my order. Lowes will NEVER get my business again!!!!!

website not user friendly to try and "locate" items. store's "hardware" section never maintained, organized, or kept up with stock. I have noticed bins of nuts, bolts, etc empty for weeks at a time.

I have always used this location with no problem but when I wait over 45 minutes for someone to come to a department that has been called 4 times and NO manager to be found and had wait for a manager at check out that NEVER came and another couple that was wanting spend over $2000 and finally left . All the associates that we was in contact with where very nice an helpful ... Manager do your job

Craftsman 3/8" drive 1/4" Adapter broke.They would not grant lifetime warranty.I've been using Craftsman tools all my life, the few that did break were returned to Sears with no problem.

Just waited in the return line 10 mins to be told they couldn't exchange curtain rods, that are brand new, for a smaller size. Was also told they couldnt accept a return since I paid in cash.

I needed to place an order for a special order and was told by a nice young man who directed me to Customer Service. The young woman didn’t know how to do it and got another female employee. She made it clear she was annoyed and told me she needed an order number I told her I didn’t have an order number she had to do this. I said the young man pulled it up on the same device you have in your hand and you can’t do it? She rolled her eyes and said she was going to lunch!! I said I’m sorry you are going to lunch, forget about it..I’ll order from a different store. There is no good reason to be rude and put off a customer.

Just another Lowe’s. This chain specializes in home and hardware products. If you need anything for your home, just go to any local Lowe’s and you would find it for sure. Today I stopped by this store to buy a pot for my patio garden. They have many different variation and I chose exactly what I was looking for.

This Store is absolutely Horrible! I’ve been attempting to have a Riding Mower delivered to me since 03/18 about to almost 1 month begging this people to deliver something that I PURCHASED!!! I’ve been rescheduled 3 times already and they keep coming up with every possible excuse!!! Absolutely horrible Customer Service!!!!

I had not planned on leaving a bad review but after another horrible customer service experience here, I figured it was time.I purchased an order online (at 1:30pm) for pickup today, received confirmation it would be ready for pickup in 3 hours - which would be 4:30pm. I get to Lowes well after the pickup time at 6pm knowing it would be ready. I'm standing at the pickup counter, I smile at the 2 women working at the Returns counter right next to pickup. They made eye contact with me so I knew they saw me. I waited about 5 mins of being ignored as they stood and chatted with one another, and finally spoke up and asked if one of them could help me with an online order.The woman with brown curly short hair that started her shift at 6pm tonight (she walked into the store right in front of me with vest in hand is how I know) spoke to her coworker and said "I don't do fulfillment".Took everything I had to bite my tongue. You should be embarrassed saying something like that in front of a customer. I have worked plenty of customer service jobs in my life, and you NEVER say or do anything like that especially in front of the customer.Another worker walks up shortly after to help, she was shorter and had a visor on, asked me for my order number. I gave it to her and she immediately says "it's not ready yet". I said I placed the order 4 1/2 hours ago, was told it would be ready in 3. She goes "well it's not ready". I said "that's odd considering you have FOUR workers standing around right here not doing anything, but if you tell me what aisle it's on I'll go get it myself".She walked off to go find the item. After about 10 minutes, she walks up with the item and it's visibly damaged. It was all bent and dented. I said lightheartedly, "you're going to sell a damaged item to a customer"? She said "that's the only one we have". I said "I doubt that, what aisle is it on"? She told me so I went back to aisle 27 and found not 1, not 2, not 3...but 6 others that were the same item in stock as you can see from the pictures. All she had to do was look, but apparently that was too difficult.A similar situation happened when my husband and I went in to purchase an item that is kept in the locked case up front. We used the app and found there were plenty in stock. We go to checkout and we're told they don't have any - the young girl said she looked and didn't see any. We asked if we could go look with her and we found one, 3 actually. Tired of the laziness, think of how often this is happening on a daily basis at this place leaving customers to shop elsewhere!!!

This location was very clean and well stocked with items. I like the location of the store and it was plenty of parking space available out front. And the staff was very nice and helpful when I needed help. I would recommend this location for your needs. Also they have self check out and staff check out available for your needs. But mask are required to enter the store.

Bought a couple thousand dollars of stuff online, went to pick up everyone was rude, had to walk back and forth from construction desk to customers service desk 6 times because they don't know how to use a computer. when I complained they kicked me out of the store wouldn't give me a refund made Mr wait 3 hours then put the wrong stuff on my trailer. Then had to pull up my receipts on the computer to prove it was the wrong stuff because they didn't know how to pull the receipt up.

Bought a Samsung refrigerator/freezer and it’s fine, but there were two problems.  First, they could only give a 4-hour delivery window, and could not say for certain whether the delivery guys would call when they’re on their way.  I called repeatedly to try to get a shorter window but was rebuffed every time.  So you have two choices, pull everything out of the old fridge and let it thaw for 4 hours, or make the delivery guys wait.  We chose the latter option.  We did get a call 5 minutes before they arrived so we only delayed them about 10 minutes.  The second problem is worse.  Lowe’s gave my mobile phone number to companies selling home warranties and I’m being bombarded with phone calls and text messages.  They have lots of different numbers so one gets blocked and they call with another.  I called Lowe’s to as them to call the companies not to call me, and the woman said she would transfer me to someone who can help.  I waited 11 minutes on hold and spoke to a man who said he’s the wrong person but he could transfer me to someone who could help.   I waited another 12 minutes on hold and had to hang up because I had a meeting. Two months later I’m still getting harassed by Choice Home Warranty, with no way to stop them. My guess is that they were given my private information from Lowe’s, since I’d bought Samsung range and dishwasher from another retailer without any harassing calls or text messages.

Lowe's has less helpers and employees then Home Depot but I feel like Lowe's. It's just a grinding company then it's competitor. Closer to me as well, and actually park in the parking lot like Home Depot

The buy online pickup in store was a horrible experience. I ordered online for the convenience of picking up pavers after work. I park, walk into the pickup desk, wait 10 minutes for customer service. When a customer service arrived, she processed my pickup and asked if I wanted paper or email receipt. I quickly said email and she, "said ok, sent. Now go around to the back fence to pickup your order."Fifteen minutes in, not bad. Now if they can load up the pavers within 10 minutes, I'm willing to say it's a successful process. Instead, I walk out to my truck, drive around to the fence and wait 10 more minutes. Twenty five minutes in and another customer service resource ask me for my pickup paper. I pull up my emailed receipt to hand him and he quickly states that he needs a physical paper copy. He then ask me to go back to the pickup counter and request a paper copy. Now I'm frustrated! Trying to be as quick as possible, as I'm losing day light to work on my project, i turn around, drive back to the front, park, walk back into the pickup counter and request the paperwork. The pickup desk resource was confused as to why the other service resource asked me to get a paper copy. Finally, after 35 minutes, I've receive the paper copy and I'm walking back to my truck to drive to the back and pickup my pavers. The same service guy greets me right away, takes my paper and asked, is this what they gave you? Clearly, it was. After a few minutes of showing him the item number and showing the email receipt again, he says, "ok, pull up and we will bring it out." I do so and wait an additional 10 minutes for him to come back to the truck and tell me he needs to go get a forklift and individually load the 200 pavers into the back. Still, no pavers loaded and 45 minutes into being at Lowes. How exhausting and what a waste of time. Finally, after 1 hour and 30 minutes, i am told they are put of the pavers. That they could refund me or send me to another Lowes. BEYOND FURIOUS!!!I recommended never using the buy online pickup in store process at lowes. The process is entirely to long and the employees do not know what they are doing. I will pay the extra shipping fees next time to another company to not deal with this again. I guess it back to give Home Depot another try. I'll also be canceling my lowes credit card and will no longer be a customer of Lowes.

By far the worst experience both times going to this location. Placed online order that was split into 2 pickups the first time I waited over 20 minutes for CS to find the fulfillment employee for him to slowly find my order. The 2nd and will be the last time same CS people rude and mumbling found the fulfillment person but then they had to go find the order that they have emailed me saying it was ready for pickup for 3 days but yet it was not ready. This location has many employees but none are helpful for anything they just go on break or say that not my department.

I just wanted to send in a review on two delivery drivers.I had a pickup on 9/4 from Lowe’s & the drivers Jason and Chris did a outstanding job!! I got my call in good time & they was in contact with me & on time.They were very professional & patient. I was able to get them in & out in a timely manner. Good job guys!! I give them 5 stars!!!!

I just came on here to say how awesome Joe is in the paint department of Lowes in Southaven!! I’ve had to come several times to get paint and he remembered me and we laughed about how I’ll be buying paint the rest of my life it feels like. Such a personable and knowledgeable guy. Thank you Joe for making the experience wonderful!
